HHJP is doing alot of DEEP SIGHING...Seems like he feels the same way I feel.

  • #322
HHJP and me have one thing in common. Someone answering a question with a question. We both give the same "you are kidding me" looks.

Dorathy is out of her league.

I believe this is her first criminal case...she's ususally on medical cases such as workers comp.....she is not doing a good job...she is surely out of her league...

She's trying to apply STAID conditions to an EVOLVING science.....that seems to be part of her issue her.

Forensic science is changing, "slip & fall" suits are rather conventional

Bless his heart, I hear HHJP sighing. And I'm trying NOT to fall asleep.

For the "eye in the sky": the mic is practically up HHJP's nose, and I cannot hear the witness nor the SA.

Who is the audio visual guy working on this one? :dunno:

D. sims: that is what we are seeking to do

JA: speaking but I cannot make out what he is saying due to poor audio.

d. sims: who organizes the swigs?
witness: fbi
purpose of swigs?

witness: standards of practice, recognized methods, limitations of the test, put together a consensus document.

She keeps trying to shoot to broadly with her questions, to stuff that is both well outside the Frye issue at hand and well outside her "experts" expertise to answer. I mean is she attempting to challenge "Pattern Recognition" as a scientific technique?

Casey maybe thinking 'what have I done', this is way too boring!
It does require patience.

Joy W in the house behind Jim L and Bill S on the SA side of the gallery. Busily looking around to see what everyone else (who is paying attention) is doing.

What is managed by the FBI? I must have nodded off because that is MY question...

  • #330
Wow ... almost an hour into questioning again and where has she gotten?? I see nowhere.

  • #331
