I enjoy that HHJP made it VERY clear he was admitting it as a whole for the purpose of reviewing ONLY section 4 and because he was not going to require the DT to "dismember" the document.

Is that to avoid the DT trying to later try to use items already admitted into evidence for other purposes??

IT is the NAS document!....GOOD LORD.................it was/is a critique for IMPROVEMENT within the fields of forensic science....a "field" that has grown by leaps & bounds and is "self-policing" since it it soooooooooo big!

OMGosh, DS is NOT an asset to the DT. She's awful!!! Hard to follow, speaks in circles, rambles endlessly. Horrible!

ahhh I am so late, it's 70f out here and me and the kids have been outside planting veg and weeding! two threads?? eeek!

I think ICA looks really nice today! the DT has nearly hit it right IMO! I think the plaid is waaay to casual for trial but if they put her in a plainer blouse with cardigans like that, finally I think they've got something no one can complain about!
