It is clear he is being asked to testify beyond his pervue and comfort zone, and is rather puzzled and amazed by these questions. I mean this is the defenses witness? Didn't they ask him every single question ahead of time in prep?

I agree he does seem like a nice guy and trying to answer as honestly as he can. He has agreed many times he is not an expert many areas. Gotta give him kudos for that.

what is the significance of not having access to some of the data.

then you can't tell if you sample matches the data base. can't tell if they don't belong in the data base, if you don't know what their contents are.

It appears this is pointless for Dr. Logan just admitted himself with that answer he is not an expert...why go on???

Lawsuit...DSimms should realize this isn't a medical lawsuit, it's a criminal, premeditated murder trial of a two year old child..Could be, ICA will fire her once this day is over..they don't seem pleased with their own 'expert'...

Isn't the fact that there is no scientific publishing done on this topic mean trouble for the prosecution? I mean, is it a generally accepted science? Does the science even exist in the scientific community outside of Vass's work? Isn't that part of the Frye test?
