BL you would have to rule out adipocere from other fatty acids
DS do you know how much chloroform present
BL not any measurable amt (i may have gotten this wrong)

IMO KC appears as a 15 y/o boy in this outfit. Relevent because it is a CLEAR departure from her "at the time of the crime" look.

I agree. It is definitely a "different look" from what we have seen in Casey's previous courtroom attire as well as the partying pics attire.

It appears to me the DT is shopping for an "image" for ICA and as most women know, "clothing" is important --especially in Court !

Judge: I'll read any depo that somone has asked me to take Judicial notice of. What I said...was I would read all the depos before TRIAL to note OPINIONS. Those are 2 sep. issues.
