That's what I asked earlier, I googled her name and it came up with her social security firm. I read it and she sounds like a great person. I can't figure out how she got involved in this mess.

Yes, but after what she tried to do to TL this morning, my personal opinion of her is pretty low. IMO, her name attached to a high profile case trumped her integrity.

so does that imply they were useless or unimportant questions?

IMO, I see the DT's objective was just to ask as many questions, important or not, and to waste the courts time.

Sims submitted a motion for reconsideration of Dr. Halls testimony, claiming that his report is only opinion.

faefrost, IIRC HHJP had already ruled that he was going to allow the botany experts to battle it out at trial, since (per JA's assertion) Dr. Hall was going to be offering OPINION ONLY and not testifying as an expert. I think this is what the whole JB argument/sidebar was about. He was having a hissy since he never got to ask him about something during his depo because they were unaware....blah blah blah...., so I guess they got Dr, Hall on the phone and....well, here we are.

At least that is MY understanding.

Bottom line - more drama from the defense. :dramaqueen:

Is it peer respected?

Witness: yes, editor sends it to three people who they think are experienced but it is a blind test.
