Not at this point - that kind of bias is usually directed toward a jury to try and make them distrust the witness, but maybe Jose is playing to the potential jury pool, huh?

Yes, we use PwrPnt presentations quite often. However, we usually save them for a jury. TruTV cut coverage and I can't see the live feeds, but I LOL'd literally when it started out with a PwrPnt slide of the 6th amendment. Like HHJP doesn't understand the 6th amendment better than JB? I'm sure the honorable HHJP was impressed, no?
