Every time Baez is going to try to make a point, he first prefaces it by the word "now." Since I noticed it, it bugs the heck outta me! Guess he's trying to sound like he knows what he is talking about.

JB is speaking about contamination issues. He starts to get really serious and emotional but then he cracks himself up. IMHO>

JB: there is significant problems with dr. vass's testimony. And even though we can't have the evidence in we want in...that machine broke down in the middle of testing...

JB just reminds me of the annoying guy in every office that doesn't get that people are laughing AT him, not WITH him.

How does this <unusual person> not understand that he is the absolute laughingstock of attorneys across the country?

How does he not understand that a jury - from South Beach or the pillbilly Croslin's neck of the woods - is going to absolutely HATE him from the moment he opens his mouth? Possibly even before that - as his whole demeanor screams SLEAZY AMBULANCE CHASER.

How does he not see it? Isn't there anyone advising him - for his own good?

I have no problem with the DT challenging Dr Vass' work, but mocking him is way over the line. I don't expect any better from Baez though.

JB's voice is beyond annoying. A jury will want ear plugs. At least I can turn the volume down.

Dumb question: why is he being allowed to do this without Dr. Vass being present for JA to redirect and answer to this attack on his testimony and intelligence?

JB: the air in the Anthony home, the garage was never tested. (lists other air that was not tested)Jose says Vass is wrong in all of his findings. Wet, most, gummy, sicky, with maggots and was put in a room to be aired out and was put "crispy clean" in a box.

personal note: I truly get sick to my stomach to hear lies. More than sick, it is a violent feeling deep, deep inside of wanting to explode from inside. It's a personal problem.
JB: he is surprised that someone as esteemed as dr. vass would find this credible.
