Yesterday, the jury heard an intelligent witness with damning testimony. Today they hate JB. That's the effect of his smart move, IMO.

If Baez was this rude and repulsive to Amy without the 6 felony charges against his client being allowed in, how much worse would cross have been IF those charges had been allowed in today?

I'm guessing if those ever come in, Baez will somehow blame Amy for leaving her checks accessible to ICA; or some other nonsense.

I can't believe that the state did not redirect. They could have nipped the "head injury causing memory loss" implication and the AH is after KC's boyfriend bit in the wink of an eye. Wasn't AH friends with RM before KC was anyway? Those were very cheap shots on the part of the Defence and it's starting to sound like they are latching onto every little bit of gossipy drivel that KC can dream up!

This is just WRONG....credibility of the witness....reallly....the witness that JB's client STOLE from....Oh MY....just terribly wrong wrong wrong... Hoping the Huggins case will become pertinent again very soon so all those felony convictions will come into play.

Bizarre, this is like the MariaK thing. Is JB going to challenge every chick that gets on the stand as to their intentions with KC's boyfriends? That just makes KC sound jealous and -wait for it- spiteful.
However, I have to admit, I'd love it if every boyfriend KC ever had during this time waltzed into the courtroom with a real perfect 10 on his arm, one that's not encumbered with ankle chains on the daily. Just to make her seethe.
