LA w/FG . . . how many receipts. . . LA didn't count them....FG asks him to count while on the stand....(DS-object/overrule)......LA count 19....LA never had posession of these receipts....know where they came from? (object-overrule) they were in one of kc's belongings LA recovered from TL's apt....LA didn't know of their existance that night....became aware of receipts within next few days . . .during the family sit down with LE....took laptop into a bag....3 bags total from TL.....he didn't empty contents of bags but was present when bags were dumped out.....receipts had to have been in teh backpack....only time @ TL's house was 15th early morn of 16th....when LE first arrived LA didn't speak with them...first officer came in front door into kc's bedroom....started asking her questions.....LA was in the next room at that time...GA was home @ the time....Dad came home slightly before police arrived within minutes...LA had conversation w/kc in garage car smelled bad....talked to kc about ask additional questions told me about phone call when talked to Caylee...questions about TL...@ the time hadn't been to apartment....how awful garage and car smelled...difficult to stay in garage....items received from TL brought back from his apartment don't believe saw anything for Caylee...
