Last witness trying to sneak in duct tape testimony that was not in his report. JA all over from the first second.

Judge smacked down JB for being underhanded, yet allows depos this afternoon to see if will allow that witness to testify further, that witness taken off stand. Judge gave lots of lecturing, may hold JB in contempt this p.m. There are more cool details, but taking up space. Someone else will correct anything I may have misstated, I hope.

He will wait until the end of trial to rule on contempt charges. SA may be able to give special instruction to jury about that witness. Told JB he thought it was intentional on his part.

I didn't know much about this witness before he started testifying. Dr. Spitz has had a long and impressive career as a doctor, medical examiner, and professor. I'm very curious to see how his opinion about Caylee's death differs from Dr. G's.

I must've missed it, though I did see his SON, Dr. Daniel Spitz, who is also a forensic pathologist being interviewed on a couple of shows.

Dr Drew had the son on last night, I thought he would espouse the defense position, but he talked about the strength of the SA's forensic case as being very strong...!

I hope CM asks this "honorable" man to agree that if a person is obviously dead there is no reason to call 911. I hope this witness agrees with CM that there is no foundation for the stat that 100% of accidents are called in to 911. That if you know someone is hurt and you do not do anything to help them(when they are your child)and you do not get them help: that is HOMICIDE.

Having to suffer the "opinion" that ICA did anything other than MURDER Caylee using chloroform and duct tape sends me right into a rage at this point. I cannot leave my house, and as of right now-I have no voice from yelling at anyone on tv or internet-who has said opinion. :bow:

Baez started this morning by questioning an expert on testimony that was not submitted to the court in his deposition- surprise testimony.

JA objected. JP was pizzzed and ripped baez a new *****, and said that following the trial he would address baez's contempt of court. JP said that the witness would be excused, deposed this afternoon, and would give his testimony on Monday.

After what happened to her boy this morning, does anyone think that Casey might finally begin to question whether or not Baez is acting in her best interest?

Expect ICA to fire JB as she starts to recognize (or be informed by those that can get to her) to release JB as council since he can't quit.

JB is classic case of ineptness and ineffective council in a capital murder case. Wanted to use more common terms but didn't want a TO.:banghead:

I think this is what you asked.

JB's witness was going to testify to the duct tape placement and how he did not think anyone could say where it had been. This was not in his report so JA said he could not testifly about it. Then the back and forth took place and the BP was very upset because it was a repeat of yesterday. Say's he might sanction JB after this is over. And this is not fair for ICA to be punished for what he is trying to do. That is it in a very small nutshell
