Spitz and Baden had hinky rolls,too. Lee was discredited by the judge.

Dr. Spitz has been giving interviews, saying how he will testify. The state is surely aware of what he will say, and knows exactly how to handle him.

Thanks! I hadn't see him on the news, so I wasn't aware. I suspected he would be testifying in some way that benefited the defense, but I can't imagine what he will have to say.

Dr. Spitz "taught" his son little tricks to use in trials.....conduct EXTRA work that is not needed then state that the previous ME didn't do their job.

He is also famous for being discredited by his own book while on the stand.

Trust me.... JA has this covered and it won't be pretty......for the defense.

Spitz flipped out over money questions in the Spector trial, I think. Had some interesting ideas about how she shot herself in the mouth and the resulting blood splatter or lack there of.

I believe it was implied that there was possible evidence mishandling of a fingernail by Dr. Henry Lee.
