JB is trying to point out that he didn't know the SA would be doing the super imposition therefore he now has an opinion about that testimony.

I still don't think it should come in as it was not in his report.

Not only is JB an inexperienced lawyer but he is also defending a guilty client so I guess resorting to trickery to try to create doubt is pretty much all he has left.

I don't think JP was frustrated with JA's objections, I think he is frustrated that JB keeps making these damn mistakes that lead to all these objections/sidebars

Totally agree, JP needs to put his foot down now and stop JB in his tracks. This is so not fair to the SA.....
