I get it: moral standards. Some people have high standards. I can relate to that. I expect very high standards when it comes to morality. It has been a difficult lesson to learn that many "adults" to not share my enthusiasm.

I think this is what you asked.

JB's witness was going to testify to the duct tape placement and how he did not think anyone could say where it had been. This was not in his report so JA said he could not testifly about it. Then the back and forth took place and the BP was very upset because it was a repeat of yesterday. Say's he might sanction JB after this is over. And this is not fair for ICA to be punished for what he is trying to do. That is it in a very small nutshell

This testimony would be no big deal in my opinion. The State will just reiterate Dr. G's assertion that there is NO GOOD REASON for duct tape to be ANYWHERE on a childs face and no reason to apply duct tape to a childs face after death. Baez is still pizzed by the video Dr Warren put together to demonstate that the duct tape COULD cover both caylees mouth and nose.

I didn't know much about this witness before he started testifying. Dr. Spitz has had a long and impressive career as a doctor, medical examiner, and professor. I'm very curious to see how his opinion about Caylee's death differs from Dr. G's.

IMO his baggage is part of his testimony.
