On the WFTV feed, attorney / commentator Bill Sheaffer just pointed out that Casey having been put in a chair about eight inches lower than all the others is "by design", to make her appear smaller.

They're just figuring this out now? They should come read here. It was talked about last week if not before that.

It is clear that Jose Baez told his witnesses not to write comprehensive reports. What good would a deposition be if the State doesn't know what their opinion is? It has happened too many times to be a little error. Who does he think he is playing with? His client is the one suffering. What is he not thinking with his games?

HHJP knew this exact scenario last Dec 10 when he wrote his order. JB doesn't care, he is pushing HHJPs limits as far as he can. Reminds me of someone else :waitasec:
