it might be helpful to realize that some of us appeared to be watching a delayed action even though it is on the same channels - I swear the thread closed as the door slammed when HHJP walked out of the courtroom this morning.

WFTV saying that when the jury deliberates, they will have the entire 23rd floor. It will be in lockdown. This is to give them full access to all of the evidence, and not have them locked up in a small room.

So I take it Baez has no witnesses at all to testify today. I can't believe the judge allows this to go on day after day wasting all this time. I will say it again, if I were a juror I would be livid at this defense team and the time they are wasting. Hey Baez, this jury wants to go home!

It is clear that Jose Baez told his witnesses not to write comprehensive reports. What good would a deposition be if the State doesn't know what their opinion is? It has happened too many times to be a little error. Who does he think he is playing with? His client is the one suffering. What is he not thinking with his games?

And why are the co-counsel on the DT allowing JB to drag them in the gutter with him? This is beyond ridiculous!

Someone mentioned JB hoping to get Geraldo's job when he retires. Fat chance imo, after this the only job JB may be able to get is Jerry Springers if that..... Me thinks JB would be about as succesful as Pat Sajak with a talk show and he won't have a 'wheel of fortune' to go back to.
