I'm listening to the Talking Heads on Wesp or whatever it's called and it seems to me that they're wildly misrepresenting the situation, portraying it as 'two little boys' (JA and JB)

From that, I form the conclusion that there are vested interests involved and they have a lot of clout within the media or may be the owners of the media involved

I have no doubt that JB instigates most of these things, but the fact that JA seems to stoop down to his level doesn't make him look good and JB knows it.

9:07 - 9:39 Argument between JA and JB regarding witness William Rodriguez and Mr. Eichenbloom. HHJBP discussing violations of his previous two Court Orders - doesn't want to impose the ultimate sanction of not permitting the Defense witness to testify. (no jury)

9:39-10:25 Recess

The Defense will be calling a female witness when trial resumes.

Also practiced saving my post before posting. I will surely screw up again, but I WON'T DO THAT AGAIN.

As I understand HHJBP's instructions, the witness' on both sides have to submit a report on what they intend to testify on but they don't have to be deposed by the other side.

JB is using the prosecutions lack of deposing certain witness' as an excuse to slip in testimony from his witness' that has not been put in their reports. He knows that since this is a capital case HHJBP is highly unlikely to dismiss any defense witness' because it would cause the chances of an appeal to be granted a lot more likely.

JA is noticing things that witness' are leaving out of their reports and either deliberately not deposing them because of that or because it's a waste of time in a case that should have been done a long time before now.

Am I right about that or am I missing something? :maddening:
