I bet MB is wondering why they even called her..........LOL

how many feet in from the street? 19? covered with leaves? shoe evidence is a wash.

Yikes...JA just turned this woman into a prosecution witness!!:great:

A-ha! JB has got me, and I'm sure the world, really wavering now after that scintillating exchange. I wish I could notify ICA so she could stop pouting every time someone mentions her daughter's body being found.

JA: can you determine if shoes have NEVER been to crime scene?
Witness: No - you can walk through the scene and get soil on your shoes and it will later fall off, especially sandy soil, or get new stuff mixed in.

(good to know for would-be criminals. ICA takes note (in my imagination))
And there we go.

31 days. Just sayin'.

Jury did not look at Casey this morning when it came in

JB in redirect: Ma'am, you're employed by the FBI to look for evidence, are you not?

These questions may be what he was taught in the lawyer school but it sounds idiotic. It's his witness, he just spent a while in the introduction detailing her work experience and now he asks if she works for the FBI??? Get to the point.

There was no point to this redirect, actually. So never mind.

I'm beginning to think he is not going to call any one but experts.

Madeline Montgomery another forensic investigator.

please tell JB not to start every question with "and"!!

his command of the english language boggles the mind.

"and the reason you test the bag is to show that dirt could fall into it"

not

"The reason you would have tested the bag is to show that dirt could have fallen into it."
