Whoa. Thank you. I had not seen that. ICA is seriously scary. I hope and pray the jury saw that one. I can see her just losing it with Caylee. And premeditation can be a second before she decides to act, if I understand this correctly. It could have happened all in a matter of minutes and still be premeditated.

I like this officer, she seems the only one I have seen that is pretty strick with ICA. She is the one who always makes her go to the back right when trial is over. LOL

Did anyone see after court recessed for the day yesterday,
this officer was trying to take ICA back and ICA was ignoring her?
CNN live stayed on for awhile.
JB and AF were talking over ICA, totally ignoring her,
ICA was facing front of Table looking down.
ICA knew this officer was trying to get her to leave,
so she turned away from her and tried to act like she was involved in conversation with her Attys.
It was obvious they were still engaged in deep convol and ignoring her.
This officer was obviously annoyed
and sort of threw her hands up in the air.
Then stream went blank .
So I believe this is why she is in position she is today. JMMO

Wouldn't that prove the defense theory in part? She was taught by her family to lie.

I agree that the jury will see that the acorn does not fall far, but it also proves everything her mother says is to save her life and not true and NONE of it excuses murdering a child

are they "crafting" a curative instruction, is CM going to back off, afraid that the Jury will find out the real reason this guy got immunity? I would love for him to be able to say why that happened and testify to what really went on, no matter what it is, I would like to know.

No not for anything he did today - he is charged with illegally recording a defense PI that he didn't trust - can't record someone without their knowledge in Florida - issue is that the jury heard him take the 5th
