Why would she cry with a man she has accused of molesting her?

She cried with him plenty in the jailhouse videos when she was telling him he was the best father and even better grandfather. When she was telling him he was always the strong, silent one in the family. When she was telling him they were going to find Caylee before her birthday and all be home together as the 'hand family' of 5. This was all after he ALLEGEDLY molested her.

I wonder sometimes if ICA thinks she will get off and go back to live at Mom and Dad’s house !!!!

It wouldn't surprise me.

Oh....this is heartbreaking. That man, despite some of his lies, is broken. God bless him.

I don't think it matters which witnesses the jury believes at this moment because imo, ICA just put herself behind bars forever! If she has no emotion while seeing her Dad like this, she wouldn't blink an eye when it came to hurting her child.

Cindy's tears worried me, her demeanor was different than in the past. Lee's tears was from years of being left out & from realizing Caylee is actually dead.

George's tears is a broken man...a broken husband, father, & grandfather whose entire world has been turned upside down. He lost his grandaughter, which I can't imagine...because a grandchild is different than a child. ICA could lie to CA & LA, but she couldn't lie to GA & if CA would have let GA handle her more, maybe Caylee would still be here.

A few members of the gallery started crying when #GeorgeAnthony did. No juror tears, though. They have been remarkably composed throughout.

Hearsay?

Surely there is ice in those veins. Cold, cold, cold.

Eta: As ICA was reading the suicide note it looked like she said 'I don't want him to do it' to JB..... If that's what she said I assume she means JA bringing it in to evidence.
ETA 2: seems right- now JB is objecting to it.

A suicide note is hearsay?

  • #2,492
The look on her face while her father was breaking down was just pure evil.

Casey clearly has no heart.....except for heart stickers that is.................

JB refers to GA mentioning guilt in his suicide note and then argues that the note cannot be admitted because it id hearsay.....weak

  • #2,495
Lol, HHJP even trying to help out JA on this one. :)

  • #2,496
Oh so JB can bring up the suicide note, but now it's hearsay? This guy is a piece of work.

Ashton sounds to me like his voice is shaking. He sounds very upset and I believe it is entirely due to what he just witnessed Baez do to a witness on the stand.

IMO

  • #2,498
Perry ruling: reviewed suicide note and two cases, Mr. Baez would you like a proffer of GA's testimony.

Baez is stating that suicide note is heresay.

Ashton it has two purposes 1. to show mental state of witness (JA explaining second purpose but it's a bit drawn out)

Wow - Jeff's voice was shaking when he started speaking - he is really upset about this. It isn't anger I hear at all.

Devil's Advocate here people........

She is accusing him of sexually abusing her, of masterminding the cover-up of her daughter's death, of lying about it all. Why would she cry because he is crying? I can honestly say i would not cry either if that were the truth, i actually would smile a little at the show he's putting on.

like i said, devil's advocate. This trial is the best soap opera i have ever seen.

I realize you are playing devil's advocate......however, this is not a soap opera....it is real people, and it was a real little girl and the real death of a real little girl.
