G-d. I really hope George has a therapist NOW. I guess the upside, if that's at all possible, is everyone can see how bad the depression is,

He should be in therapy and/or on medication. I feel so horribly bad for him.

:hug: Emerald. Baez has stooped to a new low. Suicide is an unbearable type of grief for those left behind. I see this in my profession and the survivors are in a horrible state of guilt, pain, and wonder why they couldn't stop it.

The fact that Casey is so heartless that she can put her father through this goes to show that without one doubt in my mind she would have killed again. She has no boundaries. Her own flesh and blood the people that gave her everything.

It is a despicable act. She has only gotten more sick and delusional in jail, that is where she needs to spend her life before she kills again.

I agree 100%.

I will not be convinced that she didn't intend first and foremost to get rid of George and Cindy. Those computer searches "neckbreaking", "household weapons", etc - were meant for THEM.

Caylee would have gone too, eventually, but the catalyst for taking her out first was the fight on Father's Day.

He obviously doesn't think before he asks. He has notes and I'm assuming that question was on his notepad and it never occurred to him while writing it, transporting it or just before asking it that this might be a very bad idea.

The question HHJBP asked JB about what someone might infer about GA's guilt from his question is very telling, IMO

Which is what Baez wants the jury to believe. This is why JA is fighting hard to show the real intent of this suicide....Baez shouldn't have it both ways...JA should be able to clear this up once and for all...Baez is just plain sleazy, sneaky and is doing his own client a great injustice...it will fall back on her. If the jury dislikes him, they in turn will dislike ICA...

His Honor needs to back JA/GA up on this...hoping he does...
