And this was in response to a question as to what his opionin was that Caylee had died in an accident.

In fact you said the new story is Caylee drowned in the pool.

The statement about this being a new theory is not true?
I said the latest story, it wasn't the fist time we discussed this with LE.
And Casey even said that she had heard?
She said she was aware that her father had blown up at the media.
And that wasn't true. That had just happened, right.
She could have heard it from someone in the jail.
You're aware there are no TVs in jail, right.
There were numerous occasions you made LE aware of the pool ladder?

Ok, I know this has been said before, but I have such a hard time following JB's questions! His use of did you not, the stumbling manner of speech, and how he draws out some syllables. I find myself concentrating so hard to figure out what word he's about to say that I lose track of the sentence. Hope this makes sense! It drives me crazy.
