Is Jesse up today?

I wonder if JP reserved ruling so that if the jury were to come back with a not guilty verdict he could then approve the mistrial so that she would not go free. I truly believe JP thinks she is guilty.

According to WFTV they went through the media line and door. That's why HHJP asked CM which door he used. They have a special door to avoid the media. Looks like they decided not to use it this morning.

Bill S. on WFTV said that during this trial the media has been going through the door that is reserved for attorneys and it is causing a major backup for attorneys to get through. I don't understand why the court would be allowing media through a special attorney entrance area. Seems to defeat the purpose to me.

That little voice she used won't fly with the jury, they've heard the jail tapes and phone calls-- surprise, surprise.

It's an excuse everyday by the DT. It's everyone's fault they're late, everyone's fault caylee died, but not the client and everyone's fault there is a sidebar, etc, etc...

At security, #JoseBaez and team cut to the front of the line. Other lawyers who also have cases today were not happy.

Is the the first time JP has given any indication the this trial may not get to a verdict stage?

No, he's stated it that way before. I guess he needs to say this as not to cause an appeal issue...ICA is innocent until proved guilty..so it's protecting the verdict....JMHO

Justice for Caylee

I don't think he meant anything by it, other than you never know what a jury will do. I really think it was an innocuous statement.

Was his implication that this won't be an issue unless the jury recommends the DP--?

I've wondered that too. I don't know the image they're trying to present. I mean I get that everything has long sleeves and is modest (before she ties it up under her beubs), but the ruffles and fussy sleeves? I don't know. It doesn't say much of anything to me. Not "modest" not "conservative".... maybe it's mean to be "frilly" and therefore childlike?

Fortunately the jury has long memories. They seen the "blue dress" pics. They're not stupid.

The last time they asked for a mistrial. He ruled on it, but told them any subsequent motions he would reserve ruling on until right before the verdict. He is just following through with that comment.

And according to BS, there is zero chance this motion will be granted. :great:

Hi everyone!

I keep on getting kicked off at work and I think it is because I am still logged on at home.
I have two computers in my office and the other is set to live stream.
Am I crazy or what????

I hope HHJBP gives JB and the rest of the DT a dressing down for not showing up on time.

Egads, that was inexcusable of the DT!

Good morning all! I'm hoping for our little baby girl's sake that things go exceedingly well for the PT today!!!!!

Please don't start any more speculations on the "something is up" My little heart can't take it :)

I don't think anything is up at all. Judge Perry will consider the motion further; I don't think he sees anything at this point warranting a mistrial so he wants to keep things moving along.

Regarding his statement that he rule on the motion before the verdict, "if we get that far in this case", he can't anticipate whether there will be plea. Or, if he miraculously agrees with the latest mistrial motion, the case won't get to verdict. I think he is being careful in his wording. JMO...

Some Screen caps, and can someone explain why ICA's voice sounds so different to how it used to?

Don't be fooled. She uses it to hide behind like her clothes. Trying to soften herself. Just remember her calling home and raging at Cindy, Lee and Kristina.

I feel very confident about the case presented.....but I worry terribly that the jury doesn’t see/know what I do. Last night is the first time I really became worried about the outcome
