Baez - slow realization that he, yet again, effed up - slowly sits down with a comical look on his face.

Perfect description.

Anybody have any doubt now that in ICA's mind, Caylee was shown more attention, therefore Caylee must pay the ultimate price with her life? I will state again that I believe that Caylee was killed solely to spite CA. :(

Yes. This is the same thought process I am having. Watching her put her father through this makes me no doubt believe that it wasn't an accident... and she killed Caylee. She killed her out of spite. The same way she could do this to her father... she could do this to her daughter.

She is sick...

Did I just lip-read '....blows my mind'?

Don't understand the judge helping JB out here re the suicide note.

Totally confused.

Just remember if you have kids, it could be a lifetime of @%^&&!
BTW, I have 2 children in their 20's and I thank God for the love they have for me and their father, so far so good!
Except mind you when my son was arrested 6 yrs ago. I thought I was going to die. My nerves were shot. It is better now...
thanks, had to release that.
That being said, George I love you today!

My boss just called asking me to come in and help with admissions today (I'm an RN). The whole building knows I'm watching this trial. She said she'd let me off this weekend. When I told her no, the trial might go late, she started yelling at me "you are no longer my favorite supervisor! you come tell these little old people that the trial is more important to you than they are!". So then I asked for Friday off in case they do closings that day. her response?

HELL NO! :floorlaugh:

Since JB agreed with the motives HHJP suggested for bringing in the note. I would think that alone would be cause to allw JA to allow to question GA about it. JB should not be able to be the only one who gets to infer what GA meant in that note w/o GA having a chance to explaine it

:*( For GA. How this family will survive nd go on I don't know.

We are watching and will continue to watch George's "Come To Jesus" moment. He has been forced to face his denials of ICA's guilt - finally and publicly.

I just wept for him when he said he didn't need a break he just needs to get through this and get it out.

I also think Lee's testimony yesterday was something of a wake-up call for George. Even CA looked somewhat combative at Baez this morning, Although it's too late for her to do this turn around.IMO.

Bless your heart sis. Beautifully stated. Now I'm weeping with you. :(

Ms. Anthony, do you prefer the right arm or the left for the needle?

They could put it right in the middle of her forehead...

Opening this door will go down as a defining moment for this trial due to the action of Jose Baez.

I've never seen a move by an attorney that even comes close to equalling this mistaken approach to trial stragedy.

I lost my husband to suicide in 2001...Baez has stooped to the lowest of low...

So sorry Emeralgem....

For Baez to make light of this truly shows how <modsnip> he is...forgive him for he knows not what he says...Emeralgem...it appears Baez is out of touch with reality as well as his client.

I wonder WHY Baez would put an end to his career with this nonsensical theory...ICA should have taken responsiblity but she doesn't want to be known as a child killer...they way she threw Caylee away like yesterday's trash is what should happen to her...God Bless Caylee and continue to give JoJo strength to show this jury who truly is the responsbile party..GA let it out, strong objection but the jury heard it and that bell can't be unrung...JMHO

Mr. Baez's incompetency is showing.

Making appeal so easy for ICA. So appreciate HHJP thoughtful consideration as this negates some of JB's ineffectiveness.

I lost a very dear friend to suicide. I am filled with disgust at Baezs accusations and implications. He is just as bad as Casey. There, I said it.

  • #2,756
Can anyone who so believes say a quick prayer for George?

Pamela
I'm told that GA is really losing it outside. That he went into restroom & threw up. God give him strength to get thru this.

I'm so disgusted with him. I'm just sick over what Baez is doing. He argues out of both sides of his mouth. It's self serving for JA, POT, KETTLE YOUR BLACK!!! It's exactly what Baez is doing, he's the most self serving.....

this is what defense atty's do every day all over this earth .

  • #2,759
lol JB really hoped JA would object when the suicide was brought up, he was caught off gaurd when JA didn't object..like JA said "I was happy he asked that" lol JB needs to go back to school.

One more time for the record, he is the worst attorney in the world.
His sign outside his office should say, "Come to me if you're ready to die".
"I am the Dr Kevorkian of lawyers."

:floorlaugh::floorlaugh:Thanks for the levity - I needed that!
