Does anyone else suspect that the jury pretty much totally tuned JB out before JB and is mentally filtering him at this point? He is both tediously dull and yet frothing at the same time. he's once again dancing randomly from topic to topic with no coherence or story. Very telling is the jurors are taking no notes on any of this.

JB is not doing a good job criticizing these experts. Too many different names, all intermingled together, with no concise summary of what his problem with each witness.

He should have taken each individually, and done a consise summary of the testimony and his critique and then moved on to the next one. I am finding his discussion confusing. Further it has been a long day for the jury, he is making it so that you really have to be on top of it to even follow what he is saying,

Unlike JA, he is making it so that you have to expend effort to get what he is saying,

Oh, he is getting angry at the prosecution, trying to make the jurors not trust the prosecution. Talking about what a great lawyer he is.

I think the jury already likes the prosecution and that this is probably a mistake.

There`s a reason I used quotations. Casey should`ve talked a long time ago if the defense scenario was true, they can`t blae LE and prosecution for using common sense- that from what they know, everything points to Casey alone.

That is what I think. The jury isn't going to remember the trial the way JB does. And I think it will color their impression of what he is saying.
