A random bullet could have been at the scene. A non-weathered, random bullet that matches a brand found at his house, with ejector and extractor markings consistent with his gun?

That’s not within my definition of “reasonable”.

JMO

Exactly.

A random bullet COULD have been there.

But it wasn’t.

Not random. RA’s.

Source is testimony from the experts.

I've been fairly convinced of his guilt, but I gotta say that the amount of electronic devices and knives found don't really add much weight for me.

I put myself in those shoes and the contents of a search warrant of my apartment would make me look suspicious as hell. Four computers, two iPads, several cellphones, pretty much every generation of the iPod nano ever released. And I'm a knife collector without a nice display case so I quite literally have knives ALL OVER THE PLACE!

That missing cellphone from the time of the murders, of course, is of interest. But I'm not easily as swayed towards his guilt just from the devices and knives found.
If I was on a trail where 2 girls were brutally murdered and a photo surfaced that looked like me on that bridge and the police were looking for Bridge Guy, who they say is their killer. I know I have already talked to police and told them I was there and when and I told them I had my phone and handed over the info from that phone.. I live in this town still and what do I do? Get rid of THAT phone??

I feel like I would keep that phone just in case LE ever came back around inquiring about me again... It would PROVE MY ALIBI... my phone literally would show them exactly where I was and when to show I was NOT killing 2 teens in the woods off the south end of the bridge..

RA keeps every phone and device BUT that one it seems. I do find that odd.

Sorry it's kind of semantics, but none of those things are under the category of personality disorders.

Although I wouldn’t be surprised at all if murderers also didn’t have higher rates of the disorders you mentioned than the general population - in fact I’d be surprised if they didn’t.

[I’m a therapist so I can’t help it, but it’s also important to note in the context of assessing the statistics]
Don’t be sorry - you are right. And right to correct me, and I appreciate that you did so with kindness. A better use of words may have been mental health conditions.

How many Middle Aged men dress similar to the man on the bridge?

How many men were off work that day at that time?

How many people were at the trail that day, 50?

How many people ( of those 50) were specifically at the trail between 1:30; and 4 PM.

How many people saw the 3 girls with the little girl?

How many of THOSE men have their vehicle spotted on video arriving at the trail at 1:27 PM?

Of the remaining number of men that FIT all of those particulars, how many own a Sig Sauer?

Out of ALL of those men, how many have bullets that, when ejected, match the tool marks that were left?

How many men ( if ANY other than RA exist) know that the murder weapon was a box cutter?

After all of these factors,. how many men have comfessed 61 times?

100?
10?

AFAIK, just one.

His name is Richard Allen.

If nothing else, RA wasn’t being all that cooperative. If RA was just being a good citizen, why didn’t he just do what was asked of him and meet where the extremely busy LE team requested him to meet? Too inconvenient for him? Two young girls in his town had been brutally murdered.

jmo
I wouldn’t meet at the police station in the middle of a highly publicized murder investigation- especially in some of the smaller towns I’ve been in- and if I was saying that I’d been on the trails like they asked for people to let them know-and he gave them the id for his phone and correct name and address- I also do t like LE at or in my house more than necessary if it can be avoided- personal choice- not nefarious or crappy citizen-in my opinion- (but then again I do think highly of myself so I could be biased towards my own opinions)

Good grief, what did he have in mind? No wonder jurors are staying away!!!

Rozzi puts on gloves and begins to pull out the Sig Sauer, he moves on after meeting with the Judge.

Am I misremembering or was it said that when he was at police station? He unlocked his phone at one point and then pulled it back and left?

What was on that phone that he decided not to share.

So, several say that they really require DNA for them to be sure.

Even the presence of DNA doesn't stop people from doubting in other cases. We have Bryan Kohberger with his DNA found in the grooves of the clasp of a knife sheath--when a knife of some sort is known to be what was used in the murders --underneath/between the bodies of two of the murdered victims. And people still argue that isn't valid--the sheath could have belonged to one of the girls or a different murderer and unlucky BK could have just touched it at a knife store while trying out the clasp and didn't end up buying it. Or it could have been contaminated in the lab. Or the murderer could have gotten BK's DNA off the door handle of his car and put in the grooves of the sheath in order to frame him. I've seen all of those arguments, by both people on this board and by his lawyers.

Libby's phone received a text from BP at 4.06pm

Wait, WHAT!? I missed this. If a text came through at 4:06 PM, then Libby was already being held against her will or most likely, already deceased. She would have answered her grandma.

Excellent point.

I mean, that's nothing new. We knew a long time ago it was fast and done. Someone will provide you with the good links but this isn't a a ha moment in the slightest

The defence knew this, yet pretended the phone had been turned off and the girls taken to a secret location.

The defence pretended the phone was turned off and the girls were taken to a 2nd location in a car. But we know that didn't happen because the phone received BPs text at 4.06

Does this mean someone else will be selected to fill the spot or...no.
I don't think they can do that at this stage no.

Rozzi puts on gloves and begins to pull out the Sig Sauer, he moves on after meeting with the Judge.

To be fair, yesterday Holeman took out the gun to show it to the jury for the first time, explained that he needed to check to make sure it was completely empty before it was further handled, and he proceeded to rack it twice. Murder Sheet said in last nights episode that in the quiet courtroom it was really loud and unnerving, given the theory that racking it was how the murderer threatened the girls into compliance.

"Holeman then opened a box containing the gun found at Allen’s home. He gave it a quick check to assure it was safe before displaying it to jurors."
