Samuel Little when he described some of his victims, even decades later, never forgot any of the details that only the killer would know.

He had a really good memory
.

One time he was almost caught red handed by LE just after unaliving one victim inside his car, but because LE didn't look inside he went on for a number of decades before finally being caught.

He really seemed to like slender necks, but would recall body types, eye colours and even things like arguments or if things were going fine before strangling this one or that one. He remembered faces and maybe even names for some of them or he was able to put a face to a name.

When arrested he even took LE to some locations that he remembered to recover skeletal remains, if recoverable.

For me, Richard Allen's confessions lack intrinsic in-depth details.

Little sat down with police and was happy to confess. This is completely different. Had Allen not have been deterred by his wife, I do believe he would have sat down with law enforcement.

Completely different dynamic and context.

I’ll say as an ICU RN, I have seen more poop smeared, played with, spread on walls/bodies and yes, eaten, than I ever could explain. It’s like when people are extremely stressed they revert to toddler/baby behaviors. Rarely is there a mental health diagnosis or suspicion of one. IME.

Coprophagia (a form of pica) is often seen in those with neurological degeneration such as frontal lobe atrophy/dementia/etc, brain injuries, developmental delays, seizures, psychosis (including steroid psychosis), schizophrenia, catatonia, and schizoaffective disorder. Please have compassion for those expressing symptoms of potentially severe neurological impairment instead of treating them like a child acting out. Please remember those with dementia often express child like behavior.

Murder Sheet says it was clarified during the trial today that the story of RA claiming he admitted to shooting the girls was not actually stated by RA but was reported by one of the inmate companions.
1:14 hr mark

Of course it was.

Do you think the defense will bring up the aliens or stick with the Odinist theory?
I could see it going either way tbh. Both are pretty equal on the believability scale

Do you think the defense will bring up the aliens or stick with the Odinist theory? Or will they take the stage to declare everything in Indiana is corrupt?
I’m anxiously awaiting any mention of Bigfoot myself.

Point is - he had a good memory even decades after the first victim and those details were only what the killer would know.

Okay, thank you. I don't understand the connection between that and RA's case.

Did you know that the charges were all dropped against Mitch Westerman? Why did that happen ?
However, Westerman since reached a deal with prosecutors, who agreed to dismiss the case once Westerman completed his pre-trial diversion program.

That's why.

These confessions contain verified, realistic information in them. The van, the motive, the morning details, the weapon.
From the man who also has his bullet at the scene, car on video, and places himself on the trail, on the bridge, down the hill! Not a random off the street trying to get famous.

His mental health isn't good, not then, not now, but it doesn't make his confessions untrue. That's just RA. He sits demurely in front of a jury all day and then loses it and threatens a guard's life.

I'm praying Judge Gull allows them bring this Odinism thing in. I haven't read the documents about it or anything, but the theory sounds absolutely hilarious. The bolded line had me crying laughing when I read it.

But Allen's defense is handicapped by Judge Frances Gull's refusal to allow his attorneys to present evidence for their theory that Abby and Libby were killed by Odinistsmembers of a pagan Norse religion hijacked by white nationalists ― during a sacrificial ritual in the woods. The defense filed its latest motion Wednesday to admit testimony on that evidence, but Gull said on Thursday that she hadn't found time to make a ruling.

It sure is interesting that RA never mentioned anything about the clothing, ever. That actually was one of the case details that very few people knew.
I'm astounded that RA claimed he exited the area, went to his car, dumped the box cutter then went on to live his life - - but yet-- Nothing in that car police examined could connect him to the crime!! He didn't say he changed clothes. He didn't say he washed up in the creek first. Didn't say he used a trash bag after stripping off his clothes... he just... went home. What?? How?? How is a man "muddy and bloody" (per SC) getting into that car and no transfer evidence ends up in the car from the scene?? Here is what he said in a quote:

"He ordered them down the hill. He wanted to rape them and thought they were older than their biological age. He saw a van and got scared. He cut their necks and wanted to make sure they were dead.

‘He covered their bodies with tree branches and exited avoiding the trail so not to be seen.’

Wala claimed Allen told her he returned to his car which was parked by the old CPS building – the location investigators believe a witness spotted it.

According to Wala, Allen told her that, ‘He managed to continue living his life after time had gone on and he hadn’t been caught.’"

Also of note, Dr. Wala testified "...he saw a van"... I couldn't help but notice she did not say that he said he saw a white van. (source: same link).

WAIT! Richard Allen searched for scary movies in October of 2022?!?

Throw away the key!!!

On a serious note I’m baffled as to why the prosecution would end their case on a new timeline that doesn’t work with the first 95% of their testimony to the timeline.

I also have no idea why they would call liebart to testify about the man that was at her gate that morning, maybe trying to jump out ahead of it in front of the defense?

Looking forward to hearing the defenses case.

Any word on if Kegan Kline is in motion? I know they had sent their transport motion recently and it’s a pretty narrow window.

Very curious to hear what he has to say. I’m wondering if the judge is going to allow him to tell his confession to the jury.

It will be like the Mollie Tibbets case with the Ninjas!

Does anyone know the specific model of Allen's 2016 Ford Focus? I am perplexed by the lack of blood they found (none in fact), but I'm wondering if it might have had synthetic leather seats which would explain that.

Thank you. To blatantly steal someone else’s words, sometimes laughter is the best medicine.

Quote the MS: people who don't want to believe something look for reasons not to believe it.

Speaking to the dynamic between RA and KA.

There's probably wide application here.
