Detechtive's screenshot of Erin sending a mass dumping of screenshots of members is so creepy. 78 attachments! What was she even doing all day? EP definitely seems to have an obsessive personality which is probably why she kept holding grudges about child support and not being invited to the 70th birthday party. But she'd tried to allegedly kill SP before this happened too. She always wanted control and if anyone was not toeing her party line or validating her every single moment, she wanted nothing more to do with them. Horrid person. Imo

It appears that it didn't matter if you knew her or not. Confirms my theory that EP is an injustice collector. And obsessive with control.
She must have loved it when her children went off to school, so she could get on with her "real" work. How did she get away with acting like this for so long?

Why couldn't they still bring attempted murder charges against her for Simon? Lori Vallow Daybell faced more than one trial and most recently got another conviction AFTER she was sentenced for the other murders. And her prior convictions almost came in when she tried to open that door.
Didn't EP state in her testimony that the last Beef Wellington was prepared for Simon?
She tried her hardest to talk him into attending, and I believe invited Ian and Heather to encourage Simon to come and enjoy her "special" meal.

I hope the DPP goes ahead with the Attempted Murder charges 🙏

That's what her money paid for - the best of the best!
For a moment, I think she nearly got off. Before she took the stand, I think there was some reasonable doubt. Can you imagine if that happened? All because so much of the crucial evidence was withheld due to expensive legal arguments?

Someone on legal aid would not be able to fight so hard. Someone without a couple of million bucks also wouldn't be able to. It's another abuse of the process, IMO. She is an absolute nightmare.
Agree @Detechtive; EP taking the stand sealed her fate, if she hadn't, who knows what the outcome would have been?!

It's plain wrong that Simon wasn't allowed to tell the whole truth. The fact that he suspected she had been poisoning him shaped his whole world and his relationship with Erin. It's enough that charges were dropped because they could prejudice the jury, but a husband's suspicions are not in the same league as charges against her. It skewed reality so far the other way as to have imperiled justice being served for these victims, had the jury decided she had no motive and no intent or malice and this must have been an accident. The court cleansed a scheming wicked poisoner with a husband who actually feared for his life before the incident that killed his family. I am incensed that the jury was given a sanitised version of her dealings with Simon, that her internet searches about poisons were hidden from them, and so too was her trip to the tip right after the lunch. How dare they suggest she had no such plates in her house as the victims saw. She was allowed to get away with lying about her actions after the lunch, and the prosecution could say nothing!

Simon's experience would have explained his, in the circumstances, very reasonable and measured texts to her about being glad she was well enough to drive etc. but it made him seem callous and uncaring without the context. Even the hospital doctors weren't allowed to share what his own doctor had shared with them. This is justice skewed too far in the corner of a dangerous killer.

All in my opinion

I've followed this case since day one, from overseas, when the first news reports broke internationally and before EP was arrested etc.

I agree with every word you say here. It got to the point I was worried she'd evade justice and her cunning plan had pulled off after all.

Re Autism, IMO EP has an amount of academic / intellectual skills combined with enough problems rubbing along with people that to an outsider, this 'difference' could be misconceived as autism. However, the manipulation, dishonesty, selfishness, entitlement, rage, greed, lack of empathy, criminality, and vengeance all point in a different direction entirely, firmly Cluster B IMO

It depends if the charges were dropped with or without prejudice; in the latter case they could be re-filed.

In all such situations, when deciding whether to prosecute or not, the DPP has to weigh-up the chances of getting a verdict of guilty beyond reasonable doubt.

I feel that the case would be a lot harder to win given the passing of time and the lack of forensic evidence to support it, as opposed to the ton of evidentiary material that we saw presented in the murders case.

In addition to your points, I wonder - what would be the point?

EP will not walk free again and taking such a fragile case against her would cause such stress and take the most valuable asset we all have in this life - time - from the victim(s).

I'd imagine SP feels resolved in his own heart and mind as to the truth and that this is not something he needs a judge and jury to rule a verdict on. JMO MOO

Far too much time on her hands!
🤣
She is too busy, manipulating people on-line.
No time for gardening, exercise, building relationships with people around her: sitting in on-line destruction, thinking 'how clever she is'.
Well, now behind bars, for her cleverness.

She changed her profile pic a few times in 2019 but it was originally a witch picture. See attached to what she changed it to (I have blocked her childrens faces for privacy).

She was not in other true crime groups prior to this - unless you have a link/ proof, I don't believe that is true. I remember her specifically, multiple times, saying that this was the first true crime group she was ever part of. However, happy to be corrected if you can provide some evidence.

Attached is the pic she changed it to, plus her original profile witch pic.
This is what I posted....

She was in a William Tyrrell group I am in. I don't know when she joined but that group kicked off in 2014.

Not sure what it is you're asking for proof of?

EP's original profile pic when she joined the first KL discussion group was a lovely pic of her and Simon in much younger happier times. She then changed her profile pic to pics of the children wearing masks and at one stage a Gruffalo birthday cake. Then in the latter part of 2019 Erin changed to the witch profile which she kept.

There is no stalking required to see what a person's profile pic is. It is on show every time they post or comment.

Is she still in it? Or has she shut down her Facebook profile?

She was a member under her Erin Erin account which is no longer active. Most of her accounts have been deactivated.

How did you k ow it was Erin?
She used her FB account in the name of Erin Patterson in the larger groups.

She used also used another account "Erin Erin" and later Erin ErinErin as came out in the trial in some of the smaller groups from memory. It was obvious it was her. I recall the account name being written as "Erin ErinErin" not "Erin Erin Erin" as reported in the media but it was so long ago now!

Yup! She thought that surely #6 time would be the charm. And that was the poisoned one they found in the trash, since Simon finally learned his lesson not to eat her food. If only he'd warned his relatives...

She's like so many narcissists who think that they can snow a jury. Donna Adelson plans to testify in her upcoming trial too.

She deleted all of her FB profiles.

All the ones in her own name and some fakes, but she forgot about a couple. Probably couldn't remember the password.

Well they do have the 6th Beef Wellington, or at least the photos and lab values showing it was poisoned, and she meant for him to come, and his doctor could testify to the previous attempts.

Were those the ones that she posted the pictures of the Death Caps on her dehydrator shelf??
