Yes and even if she did submit to independent psych evaluations, there’s no duty to disclose them post conviction.

As per Mandy’s due diligence as her counsel, he must have gotten some, IMO. I’m deducing that they weren’t in her best interest to disclose. IMO

I don't understand. Australia is very different from the USA. Erin needs to be protected for her own safety. Women can be equally cruel as men.

A friend of mine is a prison officer and she told me that the women are far more violent and disruptive than men in maximum security

She says everyone prefers the male prisons for their own safety.

We heard so much about how they were good people, salt of the earth type.

We heard nothing good about Erin, she couldn't even muster up one character reference for her , no witnesses etc

I think from a defendant's point of view, there is a difference between admitting she is guilty of murder and acknowledging that what she has been found guilty of, fits into the worst category of offending. Subtle...

The title of insane wealth is a huge exaggeration IMO. These properties are barely over 1M. The median price for a house in Melbourne and Sydney is approx 1M and 1.5M.
Insane wealth would be more like 3 or 4M each IMO.

The article doesn't mention anything about the history and current status of the loans to Simon's siblings. We know that one of these loans is now solely under Simon. Not sure about the current status of the other one.

As I posted earlier, her lawyers have a mortgage over the most recent home she lived in.
And if she and Simon have never financially seperated, he may be entitled to all her assets, just as if she had died. He might even push for the divorce now.

Agree with that. It’s not insane wealth by any stretch. But she was comfy and didn’t have to work and was debt free. To most people that is a dream IMO

Typical Erin, of course it's the medias fault that you're in the news for murdering your family members . This is a clear message that she still doesn't believe she has done anything wrong and is still looking for people to blame for her being in this position like she didn't make a conscious set of choices that led her here. I hope she doesn't appeal, I don't want to hear anymore from her and I'm sure her victims don't either.

Yep, the overworked tabloid term "insane wealth" may apply to Elon Musk, but hardly to EP.

Given that she was (AFAIK) unemployed, I do wonder what she was using for cash flow to cover weekly expenses, etc. Simon was contributing something, but only a proportion.
