Criminal specialist on sunrise explained the interference charges as anything that is disrespectful to a corpse. She used the example of disinterring - i.e. removing from burial site. Sounds like just moving a body to a location does not bring this charge. Moreso it is removing it once it has already been buried.
This coupled with the police saying after the GNS search that they were confident evidence had been moved leads me to believe they found an empty grave site - hence bringing in the dogs to confirm there had in fact been a corpse in the empty grave. Just my opinion obviously
