Australia Australia - Pheobe Bishop, 17, failed to board a flight from Queensland, Bundaberg, 15 May 2025 *Arrests* #3

I think this will be Tanika, as there is body cam footage of JW being arrested for homicide and it looks like he was in a houseor caravan. So why was she at the police station? I know there were weapons charges - which I’m curious about. Were they planning to dump weapons but were too slow?
She was on bail so probably had to sign in as part of the conditions. They just waited for her to come in. If she didn't she would have been effectively "skipping bail"

If she was reporting for bail, she would have done so during the police station's open times? Bundaberg Police Station opening hours are 8am to 4pm.

This is a reasonable scenario but the call received from the boyfriend remains the one element that contradicts it. In the media report it was confirmed that QPS had utilised cellular data to confirm certain locations of interest. This combined with the extremely unlikelihood of the call being made by the accused, the difficulty and risk of manipulating a body into the position of a passenger, suggests PB was alive in the way to the airport. The five minute stop on airport drive was most likely when the alleged murder occured. PB but was then disposed of (sorry for the lack of tact) and then relocated to a more discreet location. Hence, 2 counts of interference.
I agree this is the likely scenario based on what has been released to date, but that road, at that time, isn't remote or rarely travelled. There would have been cars driving by... it makes me wonder if they turned into the dirt road just off Airport Drive.

“A police search will focus on locating Pheobe's remains after resuming on Friday, with investigations indicating she may be in a national park near Bundaberg.

"Whilst we always hoped to find Pheobe alive, our investigation ... quite clearly showed us that that was not going to be a viable outcome," Detective Inspector
Craig Mansfield said.”

I think this is exactly what happened, in fact, I have thought it from the begining. You can turn directly off airport drive and drive unimpeded to many areas of scrubland. The area where the new hospital is to be built has many dirt roads which are used as illegal dumping grounds and where access to heavily wooded area is fairly direct. Whether she was driven to this area alive or post mortem is the question

"The detective told reporters officers are hoping to engage with Wood and Bromley's lawyers
'in the near future'
regarding any information on where Pheobe might be.

While he could not speculate on motive,
he said police have
'information that would suggest some form of motivation'."

It's believed, AFAIK, that Pheobe was not heard on that phone call, just some background arguing. Perhaps it was an unintended call, accidently made by one of the accused, or if Pheobe was still alive, maybe an attempt at getting help.

The police say that nobody exited the car anywhere near the airport, so I'm not certain her body was removed when they stopped, if they stopped.

I thought the video of JW being arrested looked like they were in a caravan park.

The moment James Wood was charged with Pheobe Bishop's murder at his parents' mobile home has been revealed in new footage released by Queensland Police.
Wood can be seen barefoot, wearing grey sweatpants, a chunky silver identity bracelet and a black 'Phantom Menace' t-shirt as cops arrested him.”

He was led through the cluttered interior as family members looked on, before he was taken outside into the evening gloom of the Bundaberg caravan park where he was formally charged.

A woman appeared to be heard crying mournfully in the background as Wood was handcuffed by a detective sergeant with Bundaberg CPU.

Wood was told police were placing him 'under arrest for the homicide of Pheobe Bishop' before he was put in the backseat of a black unmarked police car.”

I'll be so surprised if it comes out that she was still alive when she got in the car. In my mind the most likely scenario is that there was some kind of altercation at the house at 5am on the morning of the flight - as reported by the neighbour and that time also mentioned by JW. I feel like a possibility is that PB had tried to take some cash from TB and JW as spending money for her holiday (the $5k he mentioned in his texts, although I doubt it would have been that much) and she had promised to report their illegal activity to police if they didn't let her. This caused JW (or TB) to become enraged and attack PB, smashing the TV that he also mentioned to the media in the process. In the hours that followed he and TB came up with the airport drop off plan.

I think the first time they moved her was from the house, and then again from the GNS area.

I think that JW has spilled so many details to the press that I would also be wholly unsurprised if they nailed him with a wire tap or some other monitoring that he wasn't close to smart enough to anticipate.

Obvs all my opinion.

I am wondering if maybe she got shot in the car. I also wonder if stealing the 5K was a projection and perhaps they stole her holiday money and she confronted them on it. That would certainly send me berserk and I’d surely smash a tv over it!

I'm also wondering about the issue of allegedly stolen money.
The question is
who stole from whom??? 🤔
