What is it that you are struggling to understand??The Witness William Tyrrell podcast has gone downhill quickly, but it was starting from a low base after Season 1.
I have struggled to understand episodes 12, 13 and 14 and have to turn off quite often after hearing many very old people who “sort of heard something about Frank”. It is so vague its laughable.
At times it sounds like amateur hour and I must try to gather the strength and willpower to continue listening.
I have not been shocked or heard any new bombshells like the series advertises.
Here’s hoping it gets better but I doubt it.
I am struggling to see a link between FA alleged like for 17 year old girls to having a like for a 3 year old boy. What is it that you are struggling to understand??
It's clear to me that alot of research has gone into looking at FA , from direct evidence heard at the inquest, from people who have known FA for decades.
I'm all for any investigative journalists who take the time to look into cold cases & who care about victims & their families. Hopefully NSWPF do too.
I guess it could be a just coincidence that FA is able to be placed in the same locations at the same time that women have turned up murdered I guess, wonder what the odds are on that??
Anyone know if GO is still alive???

He was nearly 80 years old when William disappeared and I don’t think he stealthed into Bennaroon Drive and out without being seen by anybody.
FM and neighbours must have all been having a sleep if this happened IMO.
I also don’t understand Gary Jubelins interest in him now when he would have been at the top of the list Jubelin should have already looked at when he was in charge of the Tyrrell investigation.
It seems like the journos are trying to divert away from the POI and at the end of every episode they prove zero. It’s all hot air.
Plenty of predators like both genders and a wide age range. Many predators use 'opportunity' as a main indicator. If a 3 yr old boy happens to be alone and vulnerable, then a 3 yr old boy it is.I am struggling to see a link between FA alleged like for 17 year old girls to having a like for a 3 year old boy.

Gary was looking at FA as well as others, including PS, than when he was no longer in the police , the focus did a complete shift to the FFC after a review in the middle of 2020FM and neighbours must have all been having a sleep if this happened IMO.

Dan is following the investigation and the inquest. The 2 people he spoke to about Helen Harrison and Margaret Cox already had given this evidence at Williams inquest. I was surprised that they were looking so hard at FA that they had people at the inquest giving evidence on suspected or possible victims of his. From there he spoke to family members and friends of unrelated cases. Jubelin also said that Abbott was still being looked at when he left the case.I am struggling to see a link between FA alleged like for 17 year old girls to having a like for a 3 year old boy.

Tony Jones seems much more likely to me than Frank Abbott if a pedo did in fact abduct William? He has 90 criminal convictions and is 20 years younger than Abbott so I think he would be much higher on my list. A relative also placed him at a park nearby when William disappeared, a claim that Jones disputes but he has no alibi.

During her walkthrough with detectives, the fgm described W as “bouncing out of his skull (an expression I’ve never heard before in my life), with happiness and joy for living,” adding that was the last time she saw him. A photo taken later that day when W went missing, shows a pair of FGM’s blue slippers positioned at the top of the two back steps leading to the backyard. In the final photos of W, FGM is seen wearing those same slippers, which raises questions. Why were they left there? It seems unlikely that she would have taken them off to go back inside, changed into outdoor shoes, and then returned outside. Could it be that she removed them at the top of the stairs after some time had passed—perhaps when deciding to “follow them down”? But that would mean she walked through the yard either bare foot or with socks on.Maybe Tony Jones is one of the 10 or so POIs that Mick Fuller said they had drilled down to, while they were busy misleading the public that the FM was a 'sole person of interest'. Without clarifying that she was the sole person of interest in the Big Dig.
I think that the relative said that Tony said he had gone searching for scrap metal that morning, and came home mid-arvo drunk as a skunk. She didn't know where he went.
The former NSW Police Commissioner Michael Fuller has confirmed detectives were looking at multiple “persons of interest” in the William Tyrrell investigation at a time police and media were saying publicly the focus was on only one - the boy’s foster mother.
Mr Fuller said he had his last briefing on the case shortly before leaving the force in January 2022, when “they still had around 10 persons of interest that they were looking at”.
In the aftermath of the recent revelations, he confirmed that, “at some point late 2021, I received a briefing and there were still a number of persons of interest. I believe that was down to single figures though.”

Anthony "Tony" Jones told his then-wife Debbie Jones he was going to collect scrap metal with the couple's adult son the morning the little boy vanished, Ms Jones told the inquest.
The son that Mr Jones had said he would be with arrived at the family home about 11am.
"I asked Dwayne where his father was. He said how would he know.
"He hadn't seen him that day, said he didn't know anything about scrapping and hadn't seen his father at all,"
When Mr Jones returned home between 2 and 3pm, he told his wife he had been scrapping.
"He was drunk drunk, but he'd only had one beer, according to him," she said.
