Everytime I read one of daughter JuM's manic rants, I am reminded of the following:

Never once have Bob's daughters said, the not knowing what happened to our Dad is the worse.

Not once have they said they want whomever is responsible held accountable, unless that was tagged onto something about the person they TRIED to pin this on, despite LE having ruled this person out within WEEKS of Bob's disappearance.

NO WHERE do they express anger towards the person who is responsible for harming or disappearing Bob. It is everything else but Bob. Unless it surrounds his money.

I am sick to death of daughter RoB constantly referring to her parents wishes. When Georgia died, those wishes became Bob's wishes.

As for any suffering they might be enduring, if SIL is not responsible, put the blame where it belongs. SHAME ON HIM for not fully cooperating with LE to clear himself and allowing his family to suffer for the last 3 years.

This is about Mr. Harrod. HE, not his daughters, is the victim here.

The TRUTH will be told. It WILL come out, despite all attempts to keep it hidden.

Justice won't come soon enough. May those directly responsible for disappearing Mr. Harrod and ALL who have tried to hinder the investigation since be held accountable to the fullest extent of the law. :jail: :candle:

Wish I had something more helpful than "I wish I knew where Bob is rite now, and what happened to him, in entirety".

Perhaps someone who knows will crack. Or someone with a bit of info will come forward. Or someone uninvolved will stumble upon some evidence.

Oh and by the way. I know for a fact one of the locations daughter JuM called out in her manic rant is the location of an LEO following this case. I'm sure LE finds it quite funny and telling they are among the "idiots" following her father's missing persons case.

Persons unable to clear themself in a missing persons investigation being handled by homicide should probably be cautious with whom they are trying to threaten and intimidate.

There are a pack of arm chair idiots many IPs posting slanderous comments about our father:
It struck a nerve as we know where they are posting from...
Many posters from Chittango, New York and various addresses in New York; various addresses in New Jersey as well as Glendale Heights, Illinois, Vermont, Florida, Missouri, Kansas, southern states, Calgary Canada and other places as well I will not divulge; so with that said, you want to discuss New York I get miffed in a big way you will never imagine in your entire life time how it feels for our family to be defamed by people that have never met you when you have a loved family member missing.

There that is one agitation that is out, I am done with that, I don't read what they post as this is their entire life; they sit on their arses all day and bad mouth every person that has a missing family member.

Most of whom are hired from a tiny little shaved red headed idiot attorney who talks loud and through is nose in Pasadena who's claim to fame was the Moe the Chimp case. I am now laughing at how ridiculous this sounds, but we know it is true.

Ok then. If she doesn't read what we post, then she should put on her big girl panties and tell whomever is feeding her the info she doesn't want to hear it, because it is too distressing. That is IF she really doesn't read it herself.

No one but JuM is responsible for what she reads or what she allows people to tell her about what they read.

I was giving my husband a synopsis of the case because I wanted to hear his thoughts on it (he's much more people savvy than I am). As I talked and talked, as I explained this tentacle and that tentacle reaching out from the central horror that is the answer to the question "what happened to Bob?" I realised once again, truth really is stranger than fiction.

This is King Lear with a particularly bittersweet twist.

I wonder if there are any authors out there who would find it as compelling as we do?

My first candidate would be Jon Krakauer; he's got incredible integrity, he researches and fact checks and researches and re-checks until he's built a steel clad case and then he writes it up in a way that just keeps you turning the pages. Under the Banner of Heaven is a page turner, even though you know from the first couple pages the outline of what happened.

Any other suggestions?

I think Under the Banner of Heaven was BRILLIANT. One of my favorites.

I can think of a few authors-another favorite of mine is Ron Franscell. He was a guest on WS Radio in February.

This just makes me laugh.

For various reasons, I am sometimes the subject of discussion on forums by people who don't know me personally but do know me via my writing or reputation. I learned a long, long time ago not to seek out or read either the good or the bad.

I have come to realise by observation that people who do obsessively read their own reviews are often control freaks with very poor anger management skills.

And then I think of Bob and how fundamentally confused he must have felt when he finally felt pushed into paying his own offspring $15K each to stay away from him.

It stops being so amusing.

I have no idea what that means. Or rather, what it sounds like makes no sense at all, so I think it must mean something different. It sounds like the court accepted a summary of a meeting with the purpose of accounting for Bob's estate.

Which just doesn't make any sense.

I am going to take a guess here.

If I am reading this right (which I might not be), but I have had to file a final account as well as status of administration for approval.

Once approved then various fees can be dispersed which shows up in that final accounting such as legal fees, fees for anyone taking care of the trust et al.

It is usually more involved and without actually seeing the documents this sounds like something I must file.

I have had people try to tell me that once filed with the Clerk of the Court this means the judge has approved it. Everything is filed with the clerk but does not mean that it has been approved by the judge overseeing it.

Hope this is making sense.
