I’m best friends with identical twins, both female. They may not do EVERYTHING together, but their living circumstances are certainly the same. If one of them won the lottery, they’d split it. If one was dirt poor, the other would be, too. Mental health is the same in their experience, from what I’ve seen. If one of them is feeling low, it seems the other will, too. They rely on each other to make themselves feel better, and when they can’t they will simply have a bad day. It’s a connection that nobody could ever come close to. I’ve seen them go through bouts of depression as well as in the best period of their life. They are so mentally dependent on one another which I find really sweet. I can’t say that Henrietta and Eliza are the same, but it’s certainly recurring in twins from what Ive seen. Especially twins of the same gender.
