this is sounding like an Emmy award speech. I want to thank this court, my esteemed opposing counsel. oy awkward
He’s deliberately trying to put #12 to sleep
He didn't know they were armed until mere moments before AA was shot? TM was waving his weapon around!!
Oh my...if only he HIT him with his truck...he would not have been shot? Did I hear that right?
Why would Roddy be concerned AA would "get away" if he had no idea who he was, had no idea whatsoever what it was he'd supposedly done, or why 2 strangers were chasing him in a truck?
He seems to be the only one who has seen her sleeping.Sleeping through testimony might have something to do with it…
AA was in the house for only a few minutes that Sunday. Here's the full video from the house across the street (released in May 2020) How long was AA in the house on 2/23? I know it doesn't matter, but she said he was in there "plundering" that day. I didn't think he'd even been in there but for a few minutes.
My common sense tells me that AA isn't going to keep coming over to an empty place with lumber and tools "plundering" 4 nights.
But what 4 nights is she talking about? How is he a nighttime intruder when he's there on a Sunday afternoon?

Video shows person entering, exiting home prior to Arbery killing | firstcoastnews.com
My notes on timestamps from watching it last year: 2/23 1:08 PM (timestamp is 2:08 PM but prob not adjusted back from DST) video with Arbery standing outside the house under construction. Walks up, pauses near the driveway, stands, and then enters the open garage at ts 2:09. By 2:10 he is outside again and goes to the back of the house., then a few minutes later bolts out of the house running quickly (timestamp 2:13)
