GUILTY IN - Abby & Libby - The Delphi Murders - Richard Allen guilty - #220

Sigh. Still peddling the bodies being moved and then put back... I dont have a big enough hand to perfect the face palm I'm feeling right now. What even is that argument... 🙄

Tom Webster will be debating with 2 of the 3 clowns (AB & JA) in a 6 hour video on his YT channel which premieres this coming Saturday (17JAN) at 11A EDT.

While I do not look forward to more complaining, lies, cheap shots & what’s now become typical SOP for these dolts, I do look forward to someone openly challenging their theories & responses & hearing them try to explain away their side, if not just another opportunity for them to make fools of themselves once again.

~15 minute preview linked below.

I am so looking forward to this.

The only thing I heard Tom state that I disagreed with is him saying Richard Allen never gave a description to Dulin relating to the Freedom Bridge girls. He did state that "one was taller and had brown or black hair."

I think he was referring to RV who was 5'7 and had long black hair.

For some reason I thought this was a new article. Turns out this was posted exactly one year ago today. Still a good read, especially about Allen's missing phone.

He had all of his cell phones from before the crime and after but the one that he had at the time of the crime, that Dulin got the MEID number off of, was the only one missing. We now know what happened to it, it got destroyed by a lawn mower according to RA per KA.

I hope, he had lawn and not only a mower ......

A dream come true!
The hyper-logical TW vs two of the Unethical Triad.
I will find time to watch for sure.
I think it’s interesting that Rozzi has essentially just walked away from this whole case. Did his job and moved on. Pretty obvious Baldwin is the head clown that was pushing and is still pushing the ridiculous in this case.

Yes, BR seems to have separated himself ever since the end of the trial. Probably the best decision he could’ve made for his career. I thought he made it pretty clear he wasn’t a fan of the decision to use the defense that they ended up presenting as soon as the trial, was completed.

Baldwin seems, to me, like such a pathetic sore loser more than anything & likely a person who can never be wrong. JA has retained her same shallow, arrogant & condescending tone ever since she was a teenager, as far as I’m concerned. She probably never believed in Santa. Both are an embarrassment to me, as locals & representatives of this state, let alone humanity.

Moving bodies leaves evidence. That whole moving bodies thing MOO originated from the search in and behind a Mears out building.
It turns put troll skulked behind there to avoid walking on 300 by the growing family contingent at the trail entrance across from Mears getting to his car.
MOO I think dogs did get a hit there.

I can't believe those clowns are still trying to sell that ridiculous story----the bodies were moved back later----

I can't listen to it. It will literally pull me back into the upside down world. All one has to do is close your eyes, listen to "Down the Hill" command and then listen to any of the interviews or taped phone calls and it's as clear as the nose of your face BG=RA=Killer. Gaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaah.

Not withstanding all the other incriminating evidence against RA. He isn't going to get a new trial, he is over, done. Good riddance to a manipulative, dirty, pathetic, sick little troll who brutally murdered 2 innocent BFF's.

Thanks for taking one for the team SSN. Please let us know if there's any 'earth shattering' garbage we should know.

The only way to get Ricky off the bridge is to change the time and location of the crime, fir which there is ZERO evidence.

They're still talking about headphones, that someone plugged in headphones for no reason at all and later unplugged them. It's rubbish. Everyone who has ever owned a cellphone knows water makes weird things happen.

So what's reasonable? That the phone got wet in the creek crossing, resulting in activity on an immobile mobile phone OR a group of invisible Odinists tool the girls to another location, not supported by data, then returned them to the very site where a search was in full swing, had the first human sacrifice in centuries, complete with hanging, blood letting. It's a thousand shades of absurd. Didn't happen. Doesn't happen.

What did happen it what RA said happened.

He was at the bridge, at the same time as the juveniles.

He was at the bridge at the same time as BB because age see him.

He was ON the bridge.

Within minutes of 2:13. Wearing the sane clothes as the man in Libby's video.

He was still there when BW arrived at his parents' house.

He was leaving when SC saw him.

Not only did HE put himself there, he had no alibi putting him anywhere else.

I don't have issue with anyone who wants to debate probable cause, reasonable doubt, presumption of innocence, effective/ineffective counsel, etc. But to persist in this witch hunt of conspiracy is irresponsible and dangerous. And FRANKly, it is mockery -- of the justice system, it is disrespectful to the jury, it is an assault on common sense and it is a diversion from real cases where innocent men and women are wrongly convicted.

Rick was rightly convicted.

Which is the only thing right about him.

As far as I am concerned, he is in jail and none of these hail marys is going to get anything thrown out or a new trial.

And guess what? He's been in prison, likely in protective segregation, same as before his conviction. And magic, no psychosis.

He was never psychotic, he just freaked out when his emotional support wife stopped taking his calls.

Please correct me if im wrong as well (I refuse to go back and watch) but didn't JA say that there was no proof the phone was wet?? Ma'am we've all seen the pictures. It was wet. Dirty. Underneath Abby.

I'll say it again, RA is either the most unlucky person in the world in which his timeline meant he was seen but no other man was seen, LE planted the bullet before knowing RA was their guy way before they arrested him or he is guilt as sin.

Yes. A phone that crossed a creek and then spent the night under potentially wet clothing on a forest floor where dips on temperature alone could create condensation.

It's just so absolutely possible, likely and consistent with what cellphone owners experience. Glitchy. So common it's intuitive. Just look at the bizarre and convoluted story the defense had to concoct. It's ludicrous.

Either the phone malfunctioned or -- board the crazy train -- Odinists, second location, ritual sacrifice, runes, etc. What? No second credible  explanation? That's
because there just isn't one.

Because RA slipped through the cracks -- but sadly not through the bridge slats -- he had years to dispose of evidence. That evidence has been destroyed isn't the sane as there is no evidence. That his phone is missing -- and only that phone -- isn't nothing.

The murder weapon sits in a landfill somewhere (if we believe RA, that is), his clothing probably dumpstered too. Who knows what else he destroyed. Internet searches, websites, apps. Who knows how maybe times he cleaned his car. Who knows what he did with the souvenirs he took.

Just because there wasn't A LOT of evidence left doesn't mean he didn't do. Fact: there's even less evidence to try to strong-arm it into implicating anyone else.

He choose a remote location, not well traveled, in an area nearly devoid of people and of CCTV.

Even if Libby hadn't filmed him, he wouldn't be innocent, he might have gotten away with it.

Libby put a trail cam (in her phone) on the bridge --

The defenders maybe ought to honor that.

IIRC, the defense implied in their MTCE filing after the trial that there was never any evidence of the cell phone being wet. The state countered in their response with an image of the cell phone as it was found at the CS, showing that the cell phone was both wet (droplets covering majority of the screen) & dirty.

The only luck on the little troll’s side is the mess of an investigation over the course of 5 long years & he’s not sitting in death row.
