Yes I think Terri's arrest is imminent. Soon as the Grand Jury finishes collecting evidence on the case.
Oregon Kidnapping/Abducting Laws
The government is not required to prove that a defendant intended or knew that the mails or any other facility of interstate commerce would be used or that interstate travel would occur.
Don't forget Kyron is under the age of 16. FBI has had him on their web site as Kidnapped since he was reported missing. Also, by Oregon state law it is not necessary to take anyone (even an adult) across state lines for it to constitute the crime of kidnapping. Here's the criteria with Oregon Code numbers:

Read on. 1st degree kidnapping and 2nd degree kidnapping criteria is included.
She could be called, I think. She has not been named a suspect and she is the last person known to have been in charge of him. Technically are they investigating Terri or the disappearance of Kyron?
Where they could get her on interstate commerce is phone, text messaging, email. That's federal. IF she told someone & they used those means to talk about it, even if she didn't know they emailed, texted, phoned it to someone else; she's still guilty under those statutes.

I'm going out on a limb here and predicting an arrest within 24 hours........

I don't think there will be an arrest that quickly, unless the grand jury is back in action today or tomorrow. Not sure what would have changed. Still no Kyron. Apparently, no witness to Terri taking Kyron. And if Dede did not talk yesterday, that did not move the case forward.
I feel you tehcloser. I just climbed down from the fence and I agree an arrest of Terri is imminent. It will take place by week's end.
The strange thing is I'm still on the fence, but I do think they will arrest her.
