Police had control of the house right away and then released it on Tuesday I believe, after they said all testing and evidence gathering had been completed.I apologize in advance if this was talked about already, but why did it take the police a couple days after she was missing to cordon off the property as a crime scene, which possibly gave plenty of time for the scene to be tampered with? Could the abductor(s) have taken her and later returned to the scene to place or remove things strategically? Was there time, prior to property being cordon off that annyone unrelated to the crime manipulate the scene in order to release a ransom note that lists evidence only known by LE? Seems like there may have been plenty of time for anyone to manipulate the scene to their advantage.
A lot of people found the timing of them releasing the house so soon to be odd. Reporter Brian Entin was able to go up to the front door and film blood evidence outside on the ground.
for all we know, it could've been strategic, almost like a trap. Release the house to see if anyone goes back? who knows
