Chelsea Ramsey-Jones has been found safe. Summer_Breeze's post this morning in Chelsea's thread.

Thanks for posting this. I wanted to but my computer was locking up. I am so glad that she has been found. That said...

WHERE WAS SHE???????????

A 14yr old autistic child cant go missing in the middle of winter without someone knowing something. It was 10 degrees the other day. She couldn't have been outside. So.......where was she? I find the timing of all this highly suspicious. Maybe its just coincidence. :banghead:

Exactly! My questions..WHERE was she found, and WHO found her? Was it a friend/family member or police? Is she home, or is she talking to police? And of course..who was she with all this time(voluntarily or otherwise)?

Yea, I agree, she was for sure not out on the street for this long, so where was she??
I think the announcement that the police are focusing and closing in on the abductor is good. I'm hoping she has started to realize she will go down for this crime alone. Her best bet is to walk in to the police department turn herself in and lead them to the abuser.

The last sentence says she is still seeking medical treatment from the injuries she sustained during the abduction.

I alternate between :furious: and  when I read that sentence.

People seem to be very "tight-lipped"...fear? intimidation? loyalty? code of silence? brainwashing? etc... For whatever the reason, no one is talking and therefore this case has reached a standstill. Hopefully, God, Allah, or a stroke of good conscience will give them strength to come forward and do the right thing:please:

I felt rather hopeful that an arrest would be made EARLY on. But as days passed Ive become fearful that the monsters who kidnapped and harmed_____ may get away with it. I pray LE will find the leads they need to make an arrest. Moo

 Poor poor baby girl.....I wish someone would fess up some info already! :furious: I can't imagine what N is going through physically and emotionally. I just want LE to find everyone responsible and put them where they belong :jail: so N (and the community at large) can begin to recover from the fear these predators have created.

I wonder what tactics are being done to try and track them down? I'd hope LE is using undercover agents, hidden cameras, and search warrants for the homes on Larchwood.....

This case is further confounded:banghead:by what seems that the authorities are not even on the same page. One LE source recently remarked child was "unharmed" (I'm assuming they meant physically), while others go on to explain how she is still undergoing medical treatment [for injuries sustained during the abduction]. This clearly illustrates inconsistencies from the investigations about the extent or nature of maltreatment.:moo:

It is difficult to believe that she would have been released from hospital so quickly if she had been gravely injured. I wonder if either she has an infection or if the mother's lawyer is giving out the info that she is seriously injured.

I hate to even type this out---but I wondered if she might have suffered internal injuries from a sexual assault. Sometimes they aren't evident in cursory exams.

It is a very tight-lipped society, some say fear, some say intimidation some loyalty but it always comes down to not wanting to get involved. We hear of crimes on the local news all the time where something goes down in a crowd of people and no one sees anything, nope nothing, even though they all live in the same block and the majority of people travel in a very small radius on a regular basis. It's not that someone has actually watched a crime go down and does nothing, it's more, in my opinion, that people won't pay attention to what's going on next door or in the street or around the corner, we just mind our own business and to a fault.

This is so sad. What happened to Philadelphia as the “City of Brotherly Love?”
Why does it have to be like that? Neighbors should look out for one another. Especially the elderly and the children. I realize that it's not just Philly, but our world that is changing. It breaks my heart that this little girl may have to fear for the rest of her life because someone won't speak about what they may have seen or heard out of their own fear. Just sad is all.:(

What if things are not as they seemed? Could a man have kidnapped the child? What if a man was dressed in the religious wear....pretending to be a woman that day?

Just throwing ideas out. IMO

The thing is there are so many sub communities in the larger communities. Many people that shut themselves off. Racial groups that don't like other racial groups. And neither are white.
There are parts of the city that are like their own little country.

As for brotherly love, we saw that here as that man stopped to care for that child.

I keep toyiing with that idea as well. The only thing I get hung up on about taht is that N said she was female and went by the name Rashida. I can only assume why she identifies her abductor as female.

a) female garb?

b) voice?

c) did she see abductor in the home not wearing that burqa and niqab?

N thinks it was a female. I don't know how much info she is working with. I have to assume she saw more of this person than we did on the videos. Therefore I can only take a 5 year old witnesses word for it.

I can't find mention in any msm articles whether LE has searched the previous weeks tapes for a woman in a burqa poking around the school/perimeter. Since little nr was absent the previous Thurs & Fri. the kidnappers must have had some way of knowing she was in school on Monday...
