Phone Calls and Phone Records

I think it was RH who said she usually slept late (not sure if just on Monday's or not... not sure how he knows this since he doesn't spend much time over there *sarcasm*)

Well they did date for several years. I don't think that is incriminating.

I think what Missy is referring to is RH said he didn't spend much time over there--but then was there every other day or something like that. He countered his original statement with a subsequent statement.

yep, I was being a bit sarcastic LOL He said he didn't spend much time over there, yet seemed to know when she was and wasn't there, etc, her sleep habits..... and they stopped dating a few years before she moved in with SB, I imagine her routines would change quite a bit from being in college to starting her own business and where she was at in her life.

this was the testimony I was referring too though (Day 2 page 185):

A lot of times I know Teresa didn't get up and go to work until 9 or 10.

reading his testimony again trying to find this.... for an ex-boyfriend (I believe they stopped dating in 2003, 2 years prior), he sure knew a lot about her. It's frustrating to know that they didn't investigate him at all, if for no other reason to absolutely rule him out. JMO

I suppose one can say a lot in 8 seconds...

Did anyone ever find out when a wireless call is placed, and phone records start " recording time " Is the recorded time on the bill from the second the call was placed? OR, from the time one hears the first " ringing " on the other end? When the other party answers?

A few of us sort of discussed a while back how I might call Missy, and it may ring 2 times on my end, before her cell even BEGINS to ring.
Do the " seconds " start recording when?? Anyone?

IIRC from the testimony... and from having a cell phone for years LOL the time on the call is from the time it is answered. The 'answered' could be the person physically answering the phone, or when Voicemail picks it up.

Her voicemail message was 19-20 seconds long, you can tell this by the length of the voicemail compared to the length of the call on her records. For example.... an incoming call on October 31st at 2:41:59, duration 1minute 20 seconds.... in her voicemail records, it says that it is 60 seconds long.... so her message took 20 seconds. I believe there were some calls that showed the message took 19 seconds .... I'm not going back right now to look at them all though LOL

Now think about that.... SA was able to call TH, explain who he was, why he was phoning her, give his address all in 7-8 seconds???? Her message must have been a ridiculous rambling message if someone could get that much information out in 7 seconds, imagine 20 seconds. JMO In other words..... SA did not call her and actually talk to her during those 7 seconds, IMO it's more likely that he called, got the voicemail and hung up. She got the address from the sheet that Dawn faxed her and has the address on it, along with the make of the vehicle, phone number, and B.Janda, the same document I have posted numerous times :)

oh and hi dexter

Ditto on the HI!

Lets not forget, most voicemails let you bypass the message by pressing the # sign. Not saying that is what happened or didn't in this case, but keep in mind that technology was available back then.

As far as SA knew, she didn't have the address. That is why he was phoning her.

Why wouldn't SA not want his voice on Teresa's voicemail if he did hang up? I mean, his motive for getting her to his trailer was an innocent one right?

SA gave the address to AutoTrader... why would he think she didn't have it?

Exhibit 17... clearly has the address on it. This address was provided by SA to Dawn, who works for AutoTrader, and later faxed it to Teresa after Teresa said she could do the shoot. So is Dawn lying? Did she not fax this to TH?

She left the message on Barb's machine, not Steve's, no one, including SA said he listened to it, at least not that day. I think Blaine said something about a message from the photographer in one of his statements, but he was at school that day and at the time it was left, and well... Bobby said he was sleeping, so he didn't hear it either. Barb was at work. Shoot... if SA had heard that message, he had every reason to call TH and then his calls wouldn't be so odd, would they?

(I still don't think she could answer the phone and a conversation can take place where he gives her the address in 7 or 8 seconds IMO)

He did listen to it because he wrote her number down. It was found in his trailer. Yes, he did have that reason to call her which is what I have been saying.

I think that is assuming he listened to the message.
He very well could of asked if anyone had her number.

Heck, one of the guys could have said " hey Steve, call that AT girl & have her come back! I have her number on Barb's machine.
Steve writes the number down.

Hello to you, BCA:uthere:

Do we know TH's number is from that day? Didn't SA call TH directly for the October 10th appointment? That would mean he had it before 10/31. He had it written down without TH's name so it's possible he didn't remember it was her number that morning. Or maybe that's why he called AT directly in the morning (wasn't he was at the shop?) and then had her number later when he was back at his trailer?

right.... He had her number written down, in 2 spots I think... 1 on the back of a for sale sign, 1 on a little notepad (2nd page in IIRC). And yes, he did call her directly on the 10th, I don't remember if he ever said where he was when he called AutoTrader that morning.

I thought he was at work at 8am. The records we've seen are his cell, right?

I don't think anyone was taking attendance at exact 8:00am at the family biz. So, I wouldn't put took much stock in the start time. He could have very well called her from his house, and then walked down to work. I don't think he was going to be written up if he was 20 minutes late...LOL

Yes, those are his cell phone records. I believe the 8:12 am call was to Auto Trader (1-877-425-7653), he called from his cell. He could have been anywhere on the property when he called. He was pinging from the same tower all day (except around 12:10 pm)

Yes, I believe I read that he called her directly to set u the Oct 10th photo shoot.

Yeah I'm not saying he definitely was at the business building, but saying its a valid reason why he may not have called her directly.

I was just looking at the reports... he doesn't say and they don't ask him (at least not by the written reports) where he was when he called AutoTrader, but you are absolutely right that he did say that he started work at 8am that morning, so theoretically, it would make sense that he was not sitting at his computer desk where he had her cell number, and this is why he called AutoTrader but later tried her cell phone.

Have to run out to work...but thought I would post this. Note the small circle below the larger circle. This is one of the pictures from KZ's floor.

I don't know if this is the same spot or not but here is a pic from a wacked-out, Zipper Theory, webpage sleuth....

Take note of his reference to the specific celltower IDs, and to references of specific call times. They appear to contain the registration IDs for the separate levels on a single tower. I have no idea how he managed to gather this data. Perhaps just guess work??
