I think Jodi scripts these questions, KN enjoys asking them, and they are trying to to turn these into a religious trial. We grew up Baptist and pre-marital sex was not 'allowed'either....it is not just the Mormons. How many kids had sex and admitted it? I am so disgusted with the DT.

Every one I have chatted with agrees with that statement. I often felt HHJS was actually afraid to say NO to the DT! If she lets in the Dr., she is going to lose a lot of respect in her professional circle as well!

During the Jury questions today, when DD was answering questions about the camera, Jodi is mumbling something to JW. But, she has her eyes on the Jury box. Trying to see how each Juror is reacting to the question/answer? Trying to figure out which might have submitted the question? Which needs...

I buy different types of camera straps for my camera than theones sold with the camera. So just because there is a new one in the bag does not mean the camera did not have one attached. JMHO

The DT will probably lose this case, but it looks like JW is trying to personally win by learning from JM, lol. She will turn the jury off by her obvious attempts. I laugh every time she stomps/sashays up to the Judge!

This is my first trial here, so please forgive me if this is something every one else knows. What are the attorneys sliding back and forth on the ledge at the Judge's desk when they are having sidebars? They seem to be moving it in front of themselves as they speak.

Maybe that is WHY she has been holding her arm so funky and makes a big display when she is drinking her water. She knew this was coming and she had been prepping everyone for it. Much the way she always displays her 'injured' finger when she has her hand on her chin....all for the camera!
