Agree. JB does a good job of keeping it real and getting the jurors to like him or laugh with him. CM does to. This is a strength for the DT. The only one the may have.

Its actually very easy to do a google search on jurors name to see if he has a facebook account. That is the first thing employers do. I keep trying to educate my daughter and her friends to becareful what you post, you never know who will read it.

My guess the dope that posted on his FB page saying "Yo! My buddy Juror 1340 is going to be on the KC case!!! Can't wait to see her go down for murder of the baby!" moo

ITA. If I were on trial for murder, I hope they take their time with picking the folks who were going to decide my fate.

I will say that JB does a good job of asking very OPEN ended questions with not a lot of info behind it. It gets him in trouble and off on tangents during hearings, but in this case it is VERY good for him. People don't understand what he is asking so they just keep talking trying to cover it...

Keep in mind folks, we ONLY need 20. (20-48 hours? maybe 3 days) and we should have it. I think they will fly through those that are not going to make it.
