I wonder if T may have tried to throw LE off her tracks by putting her Apple Watch or some other device with someone else, either with or without that person's knowledge. There's such a mess around the cell phone, the Switch, the Apple Watch, her daughter coming home and leaving, etc, that I...
I imagine he holds the same suspicions and frustrations that many of us do. He probably shouldn't be blabbing about the case on social media, but I feel for him. It'd be very hard to just sit on stuff like that while this poor child is still missing under suspicious circumstances AND someone...
It took 4 months before a BP agent stumbled on Zuzu Verk's remains. They had a decent idea that she'd been buried off a road in the area and conducted a truly massive search effort. Dude wasn't smart, it's just challenging terrain. His luck ran out eventually.

You're right. My bad. It's still unclear but she does seem to suggest it was the CS Play it Again.
"She also said she needed the room in the back of the truck to bring used sports equipment to “Play it Again Sports,” a sporting goods store that buys and sells new and used sporting goods. Stauch...
It does seem very counterintuitive but I'm also extremely familiar with the area. The only thing I can think of is that she's less familiar with the less-populated areas to the east and south of town and didn't want to go too far off the beaten path without her phone for navigation. That and...
Her driving far past the Colorado Springs Play it Again Sports to the same store in a different town is really bothering me. Especially if she was mainly just trying to drop stuff off - it's a sports consignment chain and they do all their price stuff through the computer so there's no...
It's weird that she claims she was so determined to go to the Play It Again in Castle Rock when there's one in CO Springs that would be less than half the drive time, and is also along the way to Castle Rock. It doesn't make much sense. That's about a hour drive on the main route in light...
She likely viewed bio-mom as a threat, and by extension the step-children. A good step-parent extends love for their partner to their partner's children. A selfish step-parent sees their partner's children as a burdensome, permanent link to their partner's ex.
People of Latin American descent are often listed just as white/caucasian on NAMUS - they don't always add the Hispanic/Latino qualifier even when they do suspect that ancestry. I wouldn't read that much into her being listed as white.

Well, I'm not here to convict her. I doubt any of us would based on what little we know right now. I also can't just ignore that she's telling inconsistent stories about the child who suspiciously disappeared under her care and she has a documented history of lying to authorities plus long-held...
A license that's lapsed is way different than one that was suspended in official disciplinary proceedings. I also doubt there's record of you lying to the state board in such proceedings.
She was dishonest with the state board about what she had submitted to the district, though, and that's a pretty big deal. She had also entered into a contract with a different nearby school district at the same time.
Professional licensure proceedings are official and if nothing else she...
We don't, my point is that a LEO can't just independently order a person out of their own home. There needs to be something like a protective order or a search warrant, and it would be time-limited.
Actually, they couldn't just evict her or order her away from her own home. IANAL but I'm not aware of any mechanism LE has to force someone from their home that wouldn't necessitate a court order.
