DM could have just brought her home, to see her dog. He knew where she lived, in earlier testimony, DM had been at her parents house.
Showing just how sick these two accused were, and are.

Their turnaround time to provide their print, radio and/or tv reporting is pretty tight. I'm not sure the recordings are released with enough lead time to be useful.

I think these Toronto court people need to take lessons from the Hamilton courts. Seems like they're lost whenever a witness ends, and they don't have someone in queue to go up next?? Or... are they taking lunch and forgot to mention??

So was it confirmed her last 8 calls were to DM? I just saw that her last call got voicemail. So why would she be calling him if she's at his house? And him not answering? Maybe she just went to his house and he wasn't there or was ignoring her.?

Very good observation on the voicemail guys. However wouldn't that be specified though in the whole 8 last calls to DM? If VM was called then the statement would be the last call was to her vm but 8 last calls before that to DM. Crown didn't mention anything about calling her own vm.

Attached is the portion of LB's phone record which was posted a couple of threads ago, which show her last 8 calls to DM (and then there is a call to her VM, at same time that this Rogers witness is referring to (I believe?), except that the VM call is shown as being 2 minutes in duration?? (although perhaps the document that the witness was looking at was more exactly detailed?)):

Could that be why he has been featuring AM? The guy following LB in a vehicle. The guy with flaming tattoos, hint hint. After reading the fiction on the adventures of Itchy, anythings possible.

I believe it was clarified in court that the last eight outgoing calls were to DM, and the last call activity on the phone was to voicemail.

What's interesting here is the significant reduction in cell use from previous day's. Also, what was going on between 3:15 am on the third and quarter to four in the afternoon? No cell activity? Did she sleep all day?
