ITA And taking it a step farther-If their plan had worked and JG had been charged with Caylee's murder and perhaps gotten the death penalty-KC would be responsible for 2 innocent lives lost! And Cindy is absolutely no better than her daughter! To my mind, to knowingly send an innocent person to deathrow is murder also!:furious:

ITA! And, isn't it funny that the 2 people that she threw under the bus so easily, JG and AH, are 2 of the people that could damage KC the most? "I'm thinking that Zanny was whoever was watching Caylee at the time, and I'm thinking that's either, JG or AH." Look at all of the info JG had for LE. And, of course, AH could have her prosecuted for stealing the checks/money. I can see KC and company stating that AH forced KC to go to Targee and buy those things and use AH's checks, and then forced her to go to the bank and cash that other check in an effort to frame poor little KC. I mean, who in their right mind would so boldly walk into a bank and cash a stolen check? :waitasec:

I'm usually a lurker so if this is in the wrong thread, please feel free to move it.

Here is my random thought: I keep going back to the A's jail visit where KC greets her parents by laughing and asking GA what CA is crying about. GA says something like she (CA) misses you and we haven't seen you in awhile... blah, blah, blah.

Now here's the thing: if I were in jail and my baby was missing, when my parents showed up to visit me (one of them was crying), I would be frantically asking, "What's wrong?" or "Oh my gosh, have they found my baby?" or a million other things! I wouldn't assume there was something jovial about my mother crying... or waste my visit talking about cole slaw, etc.. I'm just sayin'!

Don't try to over think it cause it will drive you to a bottle of wine real quick or this :banghead: :) I am glad you and others are going back and seeing these first interviews with the knowledge we know now. It's a great refresher if you can handled listening to it. I can't so I read the transcripts :).

This exchange was one of the beginning clues for me about what CA knew and didn't. And it told me that CA KNEW along with other actions CA/GA/LA have committed since July 16, 08. I wrote a post about it over in the smoking gun theory #264. It is long so I didn't link it here.

As for CA's crying. A front for the camera, she was crying for herself, that the image she built from lies was beginning to crack.

I always had the feeling that when GA comes in while CA is on one of the 911 calls that his reaction is "Cindy, what have you done!". GA knew when he got the car that afternoon that someone dead had been in the trunk.I don't know if he thought it was Caylee, but he knew KC was in deep doodoo.I think he had a quick talk with LA and CA at that point and that's when the 180 started.JMO

I think that in the beginning deep down, G & C knew Caylee was gone. It's obvious with GA's thinking "please don't let this be my Caylee" in regards to the smell in the trunk. It's obvious when they chose to clean the car and search the back yard before LE got there. It's obvious when CA told GA "We've lost her, George" when he got home that first night. I think, as any parent would, their intuition told them something was wrong the whole "31" days. They knew the moment they got the car back something horrible had happened to Caylee. But, IMO, it wasn't until kc spilled the kidnapping story that they knew for sure. In her immediate shock, CA called 911. I think that 911 call where CA is reporting Caylee missing is the only genuine her we've ever seen.

Yep! I think just as Cindy said to KC moments earlier-GA said to Cindy "what have you done?" You're right on-that's where the "180" started and the spin began! :furious: IMO

Maybe the 911 call wasn't part of the script! Maybe it was just CA being a "spiteful b*tch!

Yep! Cindy lost it and called 911! Probably after GA talked to cindy, they decided to send Lee to TonE's to get her stuff before LE could get to it first! They had to know there was incriminating evidence there!:furious:

Ya'll, it isn't important to me on the WHEN so much as it IS important that CA/GA/LA knew on July 16, 08 that KC had murdered Caylee. From that date until today and possibly the rest of the A clan's natural lives, they will keep to their story board created either prior or on July 16, 08.

I feel the LE/FBI/SA all know when the A clan started the story and I can wait for the trial to have them bring it out. Detail by detail. Photo by photo. Debunk lie by lie by lie. And the final icing on the cake will be :behindbar: for the A clan. And if no :behindbar: for any of them, well they will be living in their own self made hell-o.

I just can't imagine standing in the garage---knowing that your g/d was missing---you had talked to your daughter---baby is "GONE"---the car you just drove home smells like death---baby gone---car smells like death---hello---next step???---start planning---send hubby/wife to work (didn't they both end up workin that day?)---clean car---go find daughter---DUH---not right at all. Somethin else goin on here. Can't talk me outta this---God knows---LE/FBI knows. When we gonna know?

It will be somthin'! Not to be missed.
And we'll all be sayin' "Oh,NOW IT ALL MAKES SENSE!" thanks to LE and the SA.

A red flag in the beginning was, why did LA stay, wasn't it 2 hrs (?) at Toni's. Wonder if he was feeling them out to find out what all they knew so he could take the info back to CA so she could work it into the script. His niece is gone and his sister has been taken on a joy ride around town and he goes to get KC's stuff and he just hangs out with them. NOT!

By the way-if you get a chance - sneak down to the Parking Lot and see who the mystery man was at the A/R hearing! Very interesting!

Probably took alittle while to peruse the laptop and then put the " blue screen of death" on it!

BBM But that right there is the point I can't reconcile or even rationalize. (To be clear, I'm not saying you are, YellowSub.) IMO, it is reprehensible that the As did not call LE immediately upon smelling the stench of death wafting from that car. That they did not has always been the issue that tells me they did something to try and cover up the crime. I could be way, way off about this, but I am not convinced the 911 call was made in quite so a hysterical manner as some think. It's only in the third call that CA devolves into a panicked grandmother. The gas can report, the day George tried to beat KC to the trunk of the car, their non action on smelling the decomp, etc ( I could go on, but for the sake of space... )....there is something here about these people and their actions that flies in the face of what most reasonable, law abiding people would do when a horrific situation like this occurs. MOO

I think the FIRST 911 call was genuine.

Right afterward is when the light went on, and the As went into lockdown.

I think it was too early for that, yet, Mama.

There was a while after that when he was trying to squeeze or bully KC into info about Caylee

I don't know about that Brini. Awful convenient that he left at the time LE was at the A compound interviewing CA/GA/KC to retrieve KC's personal belongings. He definitely wanted to prevent LE finding something in the laptop. At least he was either smart or dumb enough not to go riffling through KC's purse and wallet. He could have easily lifted the cash and "id" card. I think a lot of evidence they thought they removed prior to LE being there would save KC backfired on them, big time. Huge big time.

And add all that cryptic talk during the jail visits. He wanted to make sure he got what KC wanted hidden from LE.

During the long initial hours, LE really thought Caylee had been abducted. It wasn't until later that day that LE got together and knew the story was a hoax. By then LA had done his dutiful damage control. And CA got richer $$$$$.

Not only that, all four of their initial written statements read "staged" to me.

It's in the thread - CA/GA at Autopsy Hearing! :)

I'm freaking out! I cannot believe that they had actually had an NBC producer with them at the autopsy hearing. I swear I just heard myself start to growl! OMG! I'm scaring myself! They just provoked a visceral reaction in me. There are no lengths to the bad taste they will go to. I don't know why I'm surprised.
