Oh, no this guy again. Dr. Logan! The judge said he will probably not let this witness testify during the trial.

Talking about "controls" during the testing.

"To identify the presence of drugs in tissues or suspected drug material." Witness

D. Sims: do you use the gas chromatagraph?

he also says he did not consult with 358 coroner's offices

Did they subpeona the wrong witness? This is hysterical. The treasurer?

This will come out all sideways I think but..isnt this the dr that left washington state in with a cloud over him?

I cant remember which one it was but I think it might be him.

Wonder if the SA will bring it up.

CA and JB seemed to be talking about the very professionally dressed women sitting in front of CA. It appears CA wanted to know who she was. The women turned around and said something to them and quickly turned back around. She (the women) was very calm, cool and collected. Any guess as to who she is? She was taking in everything that was being said between JB/CA.

Well DS is questioning him so honestly it could take all morning and into the afternoon IMO. There is no way to know how long in actual terms LOL.:twocents:
