SOOOOO......Apparently the dt students failed the first semester of the HHJBP School of Law and they are now required to retake the course.

HHJP has agreed to speak to reporters in lunch break regarding state funding.

HHBP: just a second - what both sides have asked me to determine in this case is 2 issues. One is methodology or science he used or did not used is "generally accepted" by other scientists. I have heard some of that . .
Another motion is reliablity - the Dr can say what he thought was unreliable and why.
With a little lattitude I will let you plow along these grounds - when we run out of time - all of the evidence in that time period is the only the evidence I will consider by close of the hearing at 5:00 at close of evidence is what I will conclude.

So we can all be of like minds. What both sides have asked me to determine in this case deals with 2 issues. One with Frye whether Dr. Vass technology the science that he uses is generally accepted. Ive heard some of that and I haven't heard a lot of that. The other was that you filed a motion dealing with reliability. You can ask direct questions about if he thinks it was reliable he can say yes no and why. But all of this is a long way to get to it. All I'm gonna say is this with a little lattitude I am going to let you forge along these grounds but we're going to run out of time. I'm gonna put a time limit on it. All evidence we hear by close of business today is all we're going to hear. At 5 the evidence will conclude. Judge
