I do not remember there being any mention of Caylee swimming in Tony's pool. Either the defense is using that as a lark when they mean RM's pool, or there is more to TL statements to LE or they are just testing it out to blame george and cindy. IMHO.

My eye is twitching (seriously) when she started talking about Caylee swimming in the pool and perhaps putting Caylee's wet bathing suit in the trunk could cause chloroform. Perhaps, but 10,000X the normal reading?

DT is talking about trace evidence of Chloroform, but readings were at 10K times the normal limit.

And wouldn't that type of chloroform @ 10,000 X normal limits, ate a freakin hole in the carpet.

ICA's heart is black to match her soul...I don't know how she can even smile in that courtroom knowing she could loose her life and her freedom...I'd not have made it through the bond hearing without yelling to the judge, HOW WILL I FIND MY CHILD IF YOU PUT A HALF MILLION DOLLAR BAIL ON ME, JUST FOR LYING???

Right, I don't recall he ever stated she went in the pool....I think Simms just let that cat out of the bag...this is another misleading pleading....this should be stated in the trial, not for a Frye Hearing..

She keeps saying one more thing...when is she done with this sad examination of a non expert witness...
