Lee spoke one time during this. Strategy is to pepper his reponses with interupts so the jury falls asleep.

Her voice bothers me but she is WAY, WAY better than JB. She knows how to form her questions.

I believe D. Simms may have overtaxed her voice from so many objections this morning - she is speaking very softly.

UGGH.... So I thought the lady lawyer for Casey would come out with her guns fireing but yet again another Defense lawyer that is just as bad as Beaz... She is horrible and I'ts only been 3 minutes... her voice is like nails on a chalk board..

As bad as Baez? Really?

I think it's fine if she wants to come across as kind/non threatening to the jury, soft spoken with someone who was accused of being a sexual abuser. Then if Lee gets confrontational with her acting soft spoken, it can make him look bad.

JMO I think it is a ploy. Still love the tone of her voice, though.

Dad arrived just prior to LE....eventually LE separated all of us.....kc told LE about the kidnapping.....when LE arrived focus was not on KC anymore . . .focus on Caylee (object-sustained) LA spoke to LE that night.....talked to LE about kc story of kidnap (object-overrule) subsequent focus what kc said kidnap (object-out of scope-= overrule)

FG ....subsequent interview w/LE asked questions about kc told him about the kidnap (object-overrule) LA agree . . .and ZTN......

I can understand why the jurors look sleepy. Between the objections, the near constant sidebars, Lee's slow and deliberate answers and having to be refreshed on every part of his memory and the lawyer's soft little voice, I'm sleepy too. This is excruciating.

Lee is so deliberate and slow IMHO <modsnip>

Stating that George has they keys is the same as asking if Cindy had access to the keys. Unless George carried those keys on his person 24/7 this is an accusation that is not founded in reality of daily living. :banghead:

George testified they family had a few spare sets of keys for each vehicle...

KC would keep her stuff together because she was trying to be an asset to living off everyone and staying in their apts., hence the cooking and cleaning she would do. This would be why her junk was packed in her bags and not thrown everywhere.

Maybe she kept it packed as she knew she was being hunted. Ready to run.

Im betting she was a lot neater at Tonys than she was at home.
