Aren't they supposed to enter all opinions in the report.

Why does HHJP only get pizzed when Ashton objects?? He has every right to object, as does the defense, yet the judge doesn't looked mad when they object. I don't get it.

Cause he wants Baez to hurry up and finish his examination of the witness and stop putting us through this agony of Baez's questioning. IMO.

Oh good, the witness is answering in great detail about the information he wants to give which is nowhere mentioned in the report, and he says he formulated the opinion early on when he received the first pictures. HHJP: Why didn't you include this in your report? Witness: I didn't mention it because it was a non issue. I wasn't asked at that time anything about the duct tape. I noted it in my examination but did not include it in my report. I did share my opinion with Mr. Baez in a telephone conversation (lol) HHJP: Were you informed by Mr. Baez in particular that all information was to be included in reports? Witness: I was not aware of that. HHJP: Did you ever see my court order that said that all these opinions must be included in the report or not given? Witness: Mr. Baez never informed me of this court's order.
