Last witness trying to sneak in duct tape testimony that was not in his report. JA all over from the first second.

Judge smacked down JB for being underhanded, yet allows depos this afternoon to see if will allow that witness to testify further, that witness taken off stand. Judge gave lots of lecturing, may hold JB in contempt this p.m. There are more cool details, but taking up space. Someone else will correct anything I may have misstated, I hope.

I have to wonder if Mason was always supposed to question Spitz. It was Jose that met with Dr. Spitz the other day.

I do have wonder if the issue about sequestration was about this witness and what the remedy was.

Spitz testified in Phil Spector's trial that Lana Clarkson committed suicide by shooting herself in mouth w/Spector's gun.

Dr Spitz's son was on tv last night....he believes Caylee's death was a murder....so father and son apparently disagree on this one

After what happened to her boy this morning, does anyone think that Casey might finally begin to question whether or not Baez is acting in her best interest?

I don't think that she cares that they are playing under-handed; this is how she has played all her life.

She probably agrees, thinking that she has been so mistreated and misunderstood and not treated fairly, in her mind.
Why would she think that anyone on her team play fair and by the book if they can get away with it.

Course, this sure doesn't mean that she won't hold it against Baez in the end.
She'll turn on him just as she has everyone else in her life.
Watch anad see.
She's pretty predictable, and so is Baez.

I just thought about this and I don't think she will because she is in on it too, otherwise I think we would have seen something from her by now. ICA always shows her displeasure and she's not that good an actor to keep it in.

This is an extremely learned man. He has more degrees and years of experience than I've been alive and I'm middle aged. Just because he was called to testify by the defense doesn't mean he shouldn't still be highly respected.

This man was graduating college when I was born. That gives him 62 years of experience. Wow!
